We went to a concert at the University, and the walk back to the apartment was very easy and well lit. The apartment itself was quiet. The deck off the back door was a nice place to sit and relax.

Nice property close the campus

Clean room with everything you need for 2 people to be comfortable. If you have a bigger group the are other units that are connected. Love the deck for morning coffee and evening adult beverages. Much better than staying in a cramped hotel room.

Excellent All Around Rental

This property was perfect. Super clean. Super cute. Decorated modern and with everything we would need plus a full candy bowl!! We didn’t utilize the patio grill area but wow was it outstanding. I have recommended this rental to our friends who come to Fayetteville regularly. We loved staying here and the location could not have been more perfect for what we we needed.

Great little getaway spot. Clean and comfy. Great location. Maybe needs some sugar, Splenda, etc for the Keurig.
