In Manilva, the holiday apartment Las Gaviotas is conveniently located close to the beach. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fan as well as a washing machine.

This vacation rental includes a private outdoor terrace and a barbecue.

The accommodation boasts a fantastic location just 50 meters from the beach and 100 meters from Puerto de la Duquesa. It's only a 10-minute drive to Sotogrande and 30 minutes to Marbella, making day trips and coastal exploration easy and enjoyable. A golf course is just 5 minutes away by car, while essential amenities such as a supermarket and pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk. Bus and taxi services are also conveniently nearby, providing excellent connectivity without the need for a car.

Free parking is available on the street.

Ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung nahe Strand und Zentrum. Bequemes Bett und dank der Lage der Fenster inkl Fliegengitter konnte man nachts einen angenehm kühlen Luftzug erzeugen. Keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, nur Espressomaker, geht aber auch. Etwas rätselhaft: Nicht jede Steckdose ist benutzbar, aber wer suchet, der findet. Uns hat es nicht gestört.
