A private mountain estate on wooded acreage above Deep Creek Lake, with its own two-story POOL HOUSE: heated indoor pool below, loft apartment above (kitchenette, queen sleeper, full bath). The main house alone is 8,000+ sq ft: 8 bedrooms across three sleeping wings, 7.5 baths, two full kitchens, a home theater, and a game room. Outside: two hot tubs, four stone outdoor fireplaces (two of them covered), a wood-fired pizza-oven fireplace, and a dock slip at the community lake access. Whole-property rental: no shared spaces, no other guests.

WHY GROUPS BOOK THIS HOUSE

- THE POOL HOUSE. A heated indoor pool kept bath-warm at 86°F inside its own two-story pavilion with a wall of windows. Swim in January while snow falls outside the glass. Upstairs is the Overlook Loft: a studio-style retreat with kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, and full bath. Parents lounge up top while the kids swim below.
- TWO OUTDOOR HOT TUBS. One under cover beside an outdoor fireplace, one under the stars. Nobody waits for a soak after a ski day.
- HOME THEATER + GAME ROOM. The theater seats 9. Next door: a regulation POOL TABLE, foosball, a 4-person poker table, a five-game arcade, and a claw machine restocked each stay.
- DOCK SLIP INCLUDED on Deep Creek Lake: one motorized vessel, available Memorial Day through Labor Day, at the community lake access a 10-minute downhill walk or 2-minute drive from the door. No per-day dock fee.
- THREE SLEEPING WINGS: three bedrooms down, three on the main level, two up, plus the pool-house loft. Every family gets its own floor zone. 7.5 bathrooms for 8 bedrooms means no morning lines.

MAIN LEVEL
Soaring ceilings, real hickory hardwood floors, and walls of windows into the forest canopy. The great room flows into the chef's kitchen. Formal dining for 10, breakfast nook for 4. Three bedrooms live on this level, including the primary suite: king bed, wet bar, en-suite with a grand walk-in spa shower and an oversized jetted soaking tub. Two more king bedrooms (one opens to the deck), a full bath, powder room, laundry, and a dedicated home office round out the floor.

Two more king bedrooms, a full bath, and a landing lounge with its own wet bar, the quiet wing.

LOWER LEVEL
The game room: regulation pool table, foosball, poker table, arcade, claw machine. Next door, the dedicated theater room seats 9. A second full kitchen and a den down here too. Three bedrooms on this level, including a second suite with its own wet bar and en-suite bath. Walk out to the patio and both hot tubs.

THE POOL HOUSE
A dedicated two-story pool pavilion, and none of it counts toward the main house's 8,000+ square feet. The heated indoor pool runs year-round at 86°F behind a wall of windows, professionally maintained on a certified schedule. Upstairs, the Overlook Loft: kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, full bath, and the quietest coffee on the property.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A multi-level deck wraps the home with dining and lounging zones. Four stone outdoor fireplaces, two of them covered so fire night happens rain or shine, plus a wood-fired pizza-oven fireplace. Gas grill, driveway basketball hoop, and in-ceiling speakers carrying music to the outdoor zones. The lot is wooded and private, so the decks and hot tubs aren't overlooked.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Wisp Resort (skiing, mountain coaster, zip lines) is an easy drive across the lake. Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls, marinas, and the lake-town restaurants are minutes away. Groceries about 15 minutes.

SECURITY CAMERAS: PLEASE READ
Exterior security cameras (5, video only, no audio): a video doorbell covering the front entrance; a driveway camera covering the driveway and parking area; two cameras at the rear corners of the home covering the rear entries and side yards; and a camera aimed solely at the outdoor trash enclosure for wildlife detection. No camera views the hot tubs, the indoor pool, or any interior space.

HOUSE RULES AT A GLANCE
- Maximum 20 overnight guests. This is the Garrett County rental license limit. There are no exceptions, and children count.
- Primary renter must be 30 or older and present for the entire stay.
- No parties or events of any kind. Garrett County requires separate compliance for gatherings, and we do not host them.
- No pets, which is good news for guests with allergies.
- Smoking is permitted outside only. No smoking or vaping anywhere indoors, including the pool house; a $500 deep-cleaning fee applies to indoor smoking. Outdoors, please stay away from doors and hot tubs and dispose of extinguished butts in the trash; this is a wooded lot.
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM, indoors and out. Ours are stricter than the county's own 11 PM to 8 AM rule, and we hold guests to ours; sound carries on a wooded mountainside.
- Pool and hot tubs: no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, children supervised at all times. No glass and no food in the pool or hot-tub areas. Please shower before entering the pool and replace the hot-tub cover after each use.
- Maximum 8 vehicles, all off-street. No street parking.
- No fireworks.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
- Summer weeks run Sunday to Sunday (7-night minimum Jun–Aug 2027). Precisely: from June 11 through August 14, 2027, the minimum stay is 7 nights and both check-in and check-out are Sunday only, so summer stays are 7 or 14 nights. Outside that window the minimum is 3 nights with any check-in day.
- The driveway is flat and paved, with 8 off-street parking spaces. The mountain roads into the area are another matter: 4WD/AWD or snow tires are strongly recommended November through March.
- This is a lake-access home, not a lakefront home. The dock slip sits at the community lake access, a 10-minute downhill walk or 2-minute drive through the trees. It's priced accordingly.
- Wisp Resort is a drive, not ski-in/ski-out. You trade lift-line convenience for seclusion, and an indoor pool.
- Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Self check-in with a keyless smart lock; instructions arrive before your stay.
