Great family reunion!Pool was nice. It was well heated and clean.Had a problem with one of the dishwashers. It was taken care of very quickly by management.

Timberlodge was exactly what we were looking for. We brought our leadership team to Deep Creek for a planning retreat and this house exceeded our expectations.

We loved the inside of Timberlodge, exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and accommodating. However the outside was very disappointing. Dirty, dusty, spider webs all over the decks and front porch. The gazebo was in very bad condition. You sent someone to clean it, but it was beyond their control. The furniture was terrible, the cushions were filthy and rotted. It need power washed and treated for spiders. It is too bad we couldn't enjoy sitting there as we spent lots of time at the water.The cleaners said they would report it and I sent a text after they cleaned but never heard back from you.

Great group house

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was really nice to have with the kids. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. No high chair though which was disappointing since we forgot ours. There is an in person check in/out process with is just annoying and very unnecessary, especially on a covid environment.

Great location, lots of space, substantial deferred maintenance

The location is near perfect, close to the water with its own dock, and close to amenities. It has lots of space and can accommodate a large group easily. There is only one bedroom on the main floor, with a flight of stairs separating it from lake access. For most, this would not be an issue, but if any participant requires ADA-compliant facilities, this would not be a good choice. There are multiple deferred maintenance issues in the house, including a kitchen sink faucet, an infestation of small ants in the bathroom of the first floor bedroom (easily treated with Raid), worn-out outdoor furniture, etc. Otherwise, this is an ideal location for families with young children.

Great House

Great House for large groups. Bedrooms allow for some separation when needed. Ample space in kitchen and eating area. Plenty of small appliances, dishes and utensils. Double dishwashers and refrigerators were a big bonus. Small deficiencies include: plenty of knives, but none sharp enough to cut beef, frying pans need an upgrade as do small and medium pots. Plenty of large pots to cook large quantities of pasta, crabs and the like. We had 7 large vehicles and parked without a problem. Pool was a big hit with the kiddies and the door has an alarm that toddlers can not reach. Our outside activities were really curtailed due to rain and strong winds, however we still had a blast with 18 adults, 4 toddlers and 2 infants because of the entertainment offered by the house. Pool table, pool and hot tub.

Great property

Wonderful. Some of the appliances were not in working condition but otherwise no complaints and where that was an inconvenience, it definitely did not put a damper on the whole vacation.

Excellent experience

My friends and family gathered here over Memorial Day weekend and had the absolute time of our lives. The location is fantastic, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is very well-stocked for group cooking. We had privacy while still being close to activities in Deep Creek. The hot tub was especially a hit. The pool area is lovely too but has an alarm on the door that took us some time to figure out. The only negative experience we had was that we left something special and important behind and despite notifying the management company immediately, didn't receive great communication about this and ultimately did not get the item back. Overall, we'd go back for sure and hope to soon!

Quick Family Bonding Trip

Our family has been blended and is growing thus causing a lot of tension within our very small home. The vibe of the house and layout was perfect. There were board games, large seating area for the whole family to eat together and enough room to spread out when needed. Would def stay again.
