Just blocks away from downtown Loveland local cafes, shops & river bike trails. A short drive to many lakes, Horsetooth Reservoir and Estes Park. This home is separate from the attached guest home, which you can rent as well on it's own combined listing. Each has their own separate entrance and no shared areas.
