Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Jardines de Nueva Galera", built in 2007. 7 km from the centre of Estepona, outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 500 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn, swimming pool kidney-shaped fenced (depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Boccia. In the complex: lift. Communal covered parking space n 1. Supermarket 600 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Galera" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.7 km, riding stable 6 km. Nearby attractions: Selwo Aventura 16 km, Gibraltar 40 km. Please note: car recommended.
