Ideally situated between Tours and Nantes, it takes just 15 minutes to reach the town of Saumur, famous for its cavalry and its château.
The Loire by bike route passes right by the door, allowing you to discover the rolling countryside of the Loire in a whole new way, and to stop off at the local winegrowers and producers.

Completely renovated between 2019 and 2021, this house has been designed with eco-responsibility in mind, with particular attention paid to the choice of materials.
Spread over three floors, the 5 spacious bedrooms each have a large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the middle floor, you'll find a large living room that can comfortably accommodate 10 to 15 people.
