You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
No guests or visitors without prior approval.
No gatherings, parties, or events of any kind.
Please respect all shared spaces, indoor and outdoor areas, and clean up after yourself.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.
Garbage pickup is on Fridays. Please take the garbage out weekly before 9 AM.
For stays longer than one week, please water all indoor and outdoor potted plants as needed. Please be careful not to overwater, especially indoors, to avoid water leaking onto the hardwood floors.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.
Please feed the koi fish a couple of times per week.
Please make sure all doors are locked, lights are turned off, and windows are closed when leaving the home.
