Idéal

Propreté, belle grande terrasse avec vue sur mer, restaurants à proximité. Nous mangeons tous les jours en extérieur donc pas d’utilisation des appareils ménagers. L’entrée du garage étant étroite et les manœuvres à effectuer nombreuses, pour nous, il ne sert à rien.

Belle location

Cette location est idéale au niveau de la localisation du centre et des plages. Il manque juste un lave linge La terrasse est très grande avec sa vue sur la mer

Vue imprenable

Bien situé, pas trop loin du centre. Vue magnifique de la terrasse. Belle chambre, volets électriques. Tente solaire également électrique. Nous ne mangeons pas dans l'appartement donc aucun avis sur le matériel électrique. Wi-Fi et Tv impeccables.

Superbe terrasse vue mer

Appartement très bien placé, face aux plages et à 5mn du centre ville. Grande terrasse, sans vis à vis et face à la mer. Garage étroit mais fonctionnel. Vraiment emplacement parfait pour profiter du charme de Cavalaire.

Agréable, bien situé, belle vue

Appartement agréable, bien situé face à la plage, belle terrasse et belle vue, bien équipé, bonne literie. Un très bon séjour ! Mettre un robinet thermostatique à la place des 2 robinets de la baignoire serait un plus. A savoir : garage très difficile d'accès donc pour moto seulement mais parking gratuit derrière la résidence.

Très belle vue

La vue est spectaculaire, mais la location est petite . Elle est juste pour 2, car les rangements sont rares. L'absence de lave linge reste un soucis majeur, car la laverie n'est pas toujours libre. Le réfrigérateur est lui aussi petit et il n'y a pas de congélateur. Attention au garage, à moins d'avoir une toute petite voiture impossible de se garer et de pouvoir en sortir. Bref tout est petit.
