The property was very clean and perfect for our short weekend. Unfortunately one of the 2 pools (the one closest to us) was closed the whole time.

Room was ready early but the beds were not fully made and there were no pillows or sheets for the pull out bed. There was a cup full of cigarette butts on the balcony. The host was very responsive though. Location was great!

Spring break

Once we booked, i liked all text and updates as we got close to arrival date. Room and property was as advertised. We had an ocean view and just minutes from beach. We were minutes in car from all restaurants/ walmart and main attractions. We will be booking again

Great, Convenient and Cozy!

AMAZING! Perfect view to the beach, perfect view to the pool. Elevator and ice machine close by. Couldn't ask for better convenience all around. Place was clean and cozy. Plenty of towels and extras to make the stay worth it! Highly recommend. We will look out for this one next time! Thanks for the hospitality.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed this condo. Loved it was right across the street from the beach and a fishing pier. There was a great view of the gulf from the balcony. The kitchen complete with small refrigerator was nice to have. There were only a few cons. The queen bed was a bit to soft for my taste. Everytime you move it shakes the whole bed. (Which is not a bad thing with a partner who snores.) The bunk beds are not great for two full size teenage kids. My 5'10'' son really didn't fit well on the top bunk so he slept on the hide a bed, which I was glad it had. It also lists a hot tub but on our side it was only a heated pool. We did not venture to the other pool, so it may have had one over there. It was nice to hang out in the pool after a long day of activities. Overall I would stay here again. It was a nice place to relax after enjoying Galveston.

Get better property management services

We requested a blanket at 8:30 am yesterday morning. There were messages sent to me over a period of 8-10 hours and no one could bring something as simple as a blanket for a bed that did not have one. I’m assuming these messages were coming from a property management company the owner uses. We will not stay here again. Poor communication and no follow through.

The listing says that the front desk is open 24 hours, however when we arrived at 11:30pm after driving from Dallas, we were surprised to see that the front desk closes around 9. Although the app gave me the code for the door to our room, it didn’t give me our room number. The number on the door was only for their after hours security to help give you a parking pass, so I had to figure out where their after hours number was on their app and finally located it. Once I called that number they were able to tell me our room number and we got into the room fine, but then we realized that the AC was broken. So for that night we had to sleep in a humid 81 degrees all night. I texted first thing in the morning and they said they would inform the maintenance team. 2 hours later I texted again to let them know we were heading out for the day and if there was any update on someone coming to fix the unit since I hadn’t heard anything, and finally that person said they would send a ticket to the local team to have them reach out to us. They did and although they couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed, they had the problem fixed by 3pm which was a relief. As for the room itself it was clean, except for a leftover towel that was forgotten about on the back of the bathroom door. We could see the beach from our balcony which was nice. But there is no hot tub even though it’s in the description, and the tv is not a smart tv as advertised, it’s a regular cable tv, & bunk beds are child size
