Parking

Only downside for this house was the neighbors parking spot in front of garage making it hard to get bigger vehicles in and out, one car in front of garage is good but with 2 it’s difficult. Not sure which unit it was but it’s the one that is directly in front of the garage for 201. Everything else was amazing

The photos do NOT do the this home justice.Not in the least. We were flabbergasted. The beautifully decorated rooms left nothing desired. The hard wood floors were buffed to a meticulous shine. And each room decorated in its own oceanic theme.More bathrooms then the 3 if us knew what to do with. 3 floors with 3 patios (2 decks over looking the pool and canal) The top floor is where the main floor is, living room, kitchen, family area. So if you're faint of heart I don't recommend this home. Also, don't even think of parking even for a few minutes outside of the garage because the residents will tag your car and use the strongest glue they can find to do it with. They won't even have the heart come to you about it first. At least not this neighbor. He's kind of a jerk in our opinion. But he WILL give you dirty looks the rest of your stay when your at the pool. He's REALLY good at that. Anyway. Incredibly home. Could use sharp knives and strainer for veggies. But otherwise it's perfect.

As our 'stars' indicate, everything about the home and other aspects were 5*'s worthy. We stayed here for two weeks. It is a stellar house! Very comfortable living-dining spaces. The views of the channel and beyond to the beach were so relaxing. Do be aware if you have any limitations to going up stairs: this is a 3 storey place and the kitchen is on the top floor so you will have to take all your supplies up there.In addition, there were items in the kitchen we appreciated. (The oven though doesn't let you use bigger containers than a small cookie sheet). We have stayed at other places where they said they supplied things like 'shampoo' but it was one hotel size...this place had large ones.Of note...parking in this home's garage: is very tight when people from other units, parking in their assigned spaces, have large vehicles and/or don't park in their designated spaces in such a way to make it easier for others to park, made it at times next to impossible to get into the garage. So especially be aware if you have a SUV, what have you...you may have to park outside on the street.The master bedroom's shower's hot water: never came out. But, did in sinks. Management said they'd take care of the house's railing and gate leading to the pool area: it was coming out of the wall. We would stay there again!
