We had such a great time the house was a perfect setup and so cute! We loved being able to walk out the back door and go fishing!! Loved this little place we will definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful time here. The home was clean and was a perfect fit for our family. We had a spot for our boat right behind our condo and the kids were able to fish, swim, and have fun!! Close to all the restaurants as well. We would stay there again!!

The kids loved being able to fish and swim anytime. The 4 bunk beds worked out great. It’s an older place but worked out great for us.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this cute place! Pools and tennis court were close and nice and fun to walk around the property on the canal right by the water! Would go back! Place was a bit older but we still enjoyed it!

Nice family home off the water

This home is a great getaway for families and those who enjoy fishing! The AC is great! Very nice and cold. The home is roomy and the neighborhood is nice. Great location as well, lots of fishing!

Love the location being close to fish and go swimming. Layout was great. There was a pan of half eaten biscuits in the oven when we got there. Could use a better array of kitchen utensils but overall we had a great time.

Very nice and quiet

Great location to everything. Nice condo on the water and very quiet. Would highly recommend. Had to use guest service for a few things I had questions about and they were extremely helpful.

The location is amazing. The water is only steps away from the unit. All three pools were clean and of a good size. Our unit is definitely a little dated in some areas, like the trim and doors, but other than the cockroach when we got there, it was pretty clean. Be careful if you travel in an RV, you are not allowed to park it there, which was made very clear by the very rude property manager. The chairs outside are the most comfortable, but that would be my main complaint. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great birthday weekend

Thank you for the awesome house that gave us beautiful memories!!! We celebrated our son’s 8th birthday here. And every day was a great adventure!! To the shops and art center downtown to the beach and back to the house yo enjoy the bay and pool!! Very peaceful and relaxing!!!

For the price it did not live up to the pictures or expectations. Peeling paint on the bathroom doors, dead flowers in moldy water in the bathroom, the plugs did not work in any of the bathrooms so I had to dry my hair in the kitchen, but the AC worked. The sofa was lumpy and uncomfortable. The patio furniture was cheap. The cushions were ripped, and the lounge chair had holes in it.Fortunately we did not spend much time in the condo. I had to clean the floors and the surfaces.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the upstairs was like 85 when we got there. They had the downstairs set at 77 so it was really hot upstairs We ended up buying fans. They should lower when someone is to check in. Rest was great!!! We plan on doing it again!!

Great location with pools and fishing!

This property was great for a short getaway. The property was clean. The bunk beds were great for the grands. The reason I gave it a 4 is because the front door does not stay closed without locking it. The cookware was disgusting with the teflon peeling off so bring your own cookware (could be because there were no plastic utensils). So many of the electrical plugs didn’t work and dinning room light did not work.

The air conditioner would freeze up and there was a leak over the kitchen bar and wall. Upstairs was miserable hot as my family did not sleep well at all. They actually went home a day early. I called two different numbers for someone to help but got nothing back. Then late Sunday the unit came on and I cooled the bottom enough for two of us to sleep. I recommend a mini slit for upstairs.

The Bayhouse maintenance manager advised that he was contacted about a possible water leak, but no issue was observed, and guests were directed to contact us directly. Our contact information, including an emergency number, is provided in the welcome binder, sent via email and text before and during the stay, and is also posted on the front door. We appreciate your suggestion regarding a mini split for the upstairs and will share it with the owner. Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve for future guests.
