Beautiful view with great access to the beach. The condos are well lite at night and we felt very safe. The place had everything we needed to cook and lots of room to sit and perfect beach accommodations. We'd definitely book again!

The view from this condo is really its best attribute. Its definitely an older property in need of upgrades. Some challenges included the AC that worked irregularly and a preponderance of small black ants that crawled over the kitchen sink area. The host was not responsive to the inquiry about the AC.

Relaxing stay

Room is cute. We loved the patio opening up to the beach and my dog enjoyed the stay as well.

Great place, great value, beach is your backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and we enjoyed the quietness of the property. It was like staying at a nice size apartment. We loved the ocean view and the walk to the beach was about 2 min. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice! Would recommend for 4 people or less. Deck view of the beach was awesome!

Loved the beach side and beach view from the deck! The property was very secure, and it was very clean, well appointed with working appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, and well kept. Fantastic location! Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo close to the beach

We have stayed in this unit in La Playa on South Padre island several times. It is always comfortable, clean and a great spot for our family to stay. We will definitely be back and try to stay here in the future.

Very Nice.

A great dog friendly place to stay. Great beach access on a less crowded stretch of beach. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the week we spent there.
