Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 1-bath Casita in West Palm Beach!
This charming 1950s home combines classic character with modern touches, featuring a black-and-white design, spacious backyard with outdoor tables and driveway parking.
Minutes to Downtown WPB, CityPlace, Clematis Street, Kravis Center, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Palm Beach Convention Center, Antique Row, Palm Beach Beaches. 15-minutes to Blue Heron Bridge, Peanut Island, iThink Theater, Port of Palm Beach.
• THE SPACE
Perfect for couples or small groups of up to 4 guests, our home offers convenience and comfort in the heart of West Palm Beach!
One bedroom features a king bed, the other a queen—both with plush mattresses, fresh linens, and ample closet space. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room through the breakfast bar. The living room features a spacious sofa that comfortably seats four. The home includes one 42-inch Smart TV, located in the living room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with toiletries provided.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fenced backyard, complete with two outdoor dining tables, sun loungers, and a birdhouse that attracts local birds. After a day of exploring, it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.
• GUEST ACCESS
You will have private access to the entire home, front patio, driveway, and fenced-in backyard.
• PARKING
Driveway parking is available directly in front of the home. Boats and RVs are not permitted to park on the property. Parking cars on the grass is also not permitted.
• POTENTIAL FOR NOISE
Guests can expect airplane noise during their stay. Palm Beach International Airport is nearby our home. It is not a major airport but it is on the flight path. Guests can enjoy watching the planes fly over the backyard, but if you are especially sensitive to sound, please keep this in mind before booking.
• PRIVATE STORAGE ROOM
The door marked "Private" in the house is our storage room, used only for cleaning supplies and personal items. It is accessible only from inside the house. During your stay it is locked and only accessed by the cleaner after your stay. Your space is fully private.
• NO LAUNDRY
Please note that there is no washer or dryer available for guest to use on the property.
