The studio apartment Bajo en el centro is located in València and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 4-storey property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.

Guests have access to a fantastic terrace shared with other guests in the building.

There is a paid parking 8 minutes away and close to the accommodation there are supermarkets, the central market and IVAM Monuments.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the established hours of silence and rest from 10 pm onwards.

Nice space and location but very musty smell

The apartment is on a great street in El Carmen, the old beautiful part of the city. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a very musty, mildewy smell. You can also smell the sewage smell from the sewer outside the window. No A/C which was ok with the fans but the scent of water infiltration or mold in the air made me uncomfortable during my stay. There is some noise from the street since lots of delivery trucks park right outside the door and the windows don’t have any glass or screens (they do have big wooden shutters). Noise very minimal at night. The terrazzo is beautiful.

El propietario no nos envió el código para acceder, no dio señales de vida y no pudimos acceder al alojamiento. Estuvimos dos horas intentado contactar con él o incluso con la compañía (Expedia, Vrbo) y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Hicimos el viaje en vano. A parte, nos encontramos a unos inquilinos que creemos que estaban en ese alojamiento por que lo habían alquilado por varias plataformas. Un desastre y pésima gestión y ayuda por parte del propietario y de la compañía.

Nachts sehr laute Umgebung

Das Apartment entsprach im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Allerdings ist etwas die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge müssten repariert bzw. renoviert werden. Es fehlen Ablagen und Aufhänger (z.B. für persönliche Dinge und Handtücher). Und ganz wichtig Lüftungsmöglichkeiten(wenn man die Fenster öffnet schaut gleich die ganze Straße rein und nachts wäre es noch lauter, der eingebaute Ventilator zeigte keine Wirkung). Es fehlt auch eine Verdunklungsmöglickeit an der Tür. Am nervigsten war die Lautstärke von der Bar gegenüber, oft bis tief in die Nacht.
