Modern features include stainless appliances and a custom pub-height deck table on the balcony perfect for beach-watching.

The primary suite offers a queen bed, while charming built-in hall bunks are a hit with the kids.

Family Fun:
- Just a short walk to Coligny Beach Park and the Lowcountry Celebration Park, which features a massive adventure playground and open green space.
- You are just steps from the pristine sands of South Forest Beach. Pro tip: Head out early for a stunning island sunrise!
- Perfectly situated within walking or bike riding distance to the shops, dining, and vibrant energy of Coligny Plaza—the heart of Hilton Head.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. There are coin operated washers and dryers on every floor for guests during their stay.

To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property.

Perfect location for a relaxing long weekend! Walking distance to coligny shops and restaurants but away from the busyness of the public beach area. Great view of the ocean and wildlife from the balcony! A few bucks, doe and fawn visited frequently! Highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

This was a perfect spot for celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary. We loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the ocean, We enjoyed watching the bluebirds, pelicans and saw an owl in the tree. We hope to return.

Beach is right there and very easy to walk to but the greenery on the dunes adds to the beauty. Saw a deer family. Not diminishing the incredible view in both directions from the corner balcony. Best view ever. Also sunlight disappears quickly to provide a shaded and dry balcony. No better view is possible!

The ocean view and balcony are fabulous additions and where we spent a lot of time. The breeze in July was amazing. Everything was as described. The luggage cart and elevator were a big plus for us. Every question was answered right away and we loved our quick stay and hope to be back again soon.

This place was amazing 10/10. The view was beautiful we were also very close to the beach. The pictures make it look farther away but it wasn’t. The actual place was small but it was perfect for my family of four . The pool is a little small for as many people that stay there but it overall was still a great experience ! Will definitely be returning.

Condo is a corner unit and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was comfortable and clean. Just a walk along the beach to restaurants and fun outdoor beach tiki bars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great for two people. Easy to get to the beach and a great view from the condo. The sunrise is worth getting up for and just makes the coffee taste better. The communication and instructions were informative and simple. Oh yeah, might have some wild life wandering around.
