This condo worked out wonderfully for our Spring Break family ski trip. We skied at Copper, about 10 miles to the west, and this unit's location near the Interstate was very convenient, but it wasn't noisy. It is also very close to a Target store, outlet shops, ski shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The large, open living space is this unit's best asset. The unit is simple and comfortable and not fancy, but when you are traveling with kids, simple and comfortable are what you need. The number of beds in the 2nd bedroom was also a great for my 3 kids, so each could have their own bed to sleep in, or opt to try out the extra futon in the living area. The owners thought of just about everything, and had plenty of extra blankets and towels on hand, and also provided a welcome basket with some snacks, cocoa and coffee. Plus they provided dish soap and coffee filters--things you hate to buy when you are somewhere for just a few days. The direct access to the unit from the front side without having to go up stairs was appreciated too. Happily, we also had some light snow accumulation during our stay, making it an even more pleasant way to wrap up our ski season and enjoy our break.
