Excellent place to enjoy the gulf.

The unit was great with all of the amenities you could ask for. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked so you can prepare all the meals you would care for. Owners are tremendous and always answered all of our questions.

Wonderful condo on the beach

Wonderful experience during our 1 week stay. Everything was perfect. Most well-equipped condo we've stayed in. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Loved the spacious patio.

Great stay at Blue Mountain!

We loved every minute of our time at blue mountain! The property was well maintained and the condo had every thing we needed. It was comfortable and beautiful. The hosts were welcoming and helpful! The beach access and beach itself were the shining star. We will be back!

FAMILY VACATION

We had a great time relaxing in the pool and exploring the beautiful beach! The spacious three bedroom condo was perfect for our family! We enjoyed getting fresh fish from Goat Feathers. Andree was great to work with and adds just extra special little things to really make you feel at home there! We would definitely like to go back!

At this Blue Mountain Beach property, that’s exactly what you will do! A great property with all the conveniences you will need. Beautiful location on the beach, nice pool and hot tub, good restaurants nearby, and pristine living quarters. Need I say more? This place has it all.

Wonderful!

Excellent condo with neutral and pretty decor. Very nice and comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen and nice amenities in the bathrooms. Super comfortable mattresses - the best we have had in many many years! This condo is in a beautiful area of Blue Mountain Beach - very quiet with a gorgeous beach. The owner is so great to work with! Very happy with our stay here.

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was fully stocked, I mean fully. It was a pleasant walk to the beach. The amenities were outstanding. If you plan on getting an umbrella at the beach set ur alarm clock some people were down there at 5:30 am, not me, I wanted to relax in that comfortable bed.

Amazing Condo

The condo and grounds are in great condition. Everything is always clean. We go just women and have always felt safe with security on site. Beach service personnel are very friendly and booking a set of chairs and umbrellas are done online. I would recommend Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. They are very nice and easy to work with.

WOW!!

Everything was fantastic and Andree was awesome.. this is probably the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed at and the ice machine was a plus.

Great place

No complaints at all. Communication with Andree was great and she always answered calls or texts immediately. The property was gorgeous and was steps to the beach. The app she gave with everything we would need to know about the condo and surrounding area was extremely helpful. We will for sure be back!

Spacious and on Beach

Swimsuit and bottle of wine and you’re good to kick back and relax! Views from 3rd floor of landscaping and indirect of gulf. Excellent condo layout! Two bedrooms with attached baths and third bedroom with hall bath. Very clean and excellent info from host. So easy from parking to elevator and from condo to pool and beach.

Great location! Plenty of room!

The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication was great! Enjoyed riding our bikes to many locations within 2-3 miles east or west. The only thing that was a little disappointing was not having much room on the beach to set up our own chairs because all of the space in front by the water was taken up by the rental chairs with umbrellas (which we did not want to use). Overall, it was a beautiful condo and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent

This is our 2nd time at Blue Mountain 323. It’s our happy place. Not one thing is missing in this condo. Everything is pristine. Beach is right out your door. No driving, lugging your beach stuff. Crossing streets. It’s heaven.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!

We chose this condo and location for the old-fashioned beach escape that is not crowded, but close to everything. It's location on 30a is perfect. It's easy to feel right at home in our condo.
Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
It is the perfect get away that we would like to share with you.
