The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Location and property beautiful on outside and initial inspection . Problems within, no response to issues found within unit until days later. Unfortunately staff onsite unable to rectify problems locally without authorization from Benchmark. Many phone calls made to Benchmark- agents located offshore- English is second language ( not sure if problems and severity were properly handled by offshore staff)not efficient way to handle onsite property issues. Refrigerator didn’t cool below 43degrees, tv in master bedroom didn’t work for a few days, sliding barn doors in master bath kept falling off hinges. Much time spent on phone with Benchmark trying to explain deficiencies with the unit, advised a ticket was submitted and was routed to manager for approval. Technicians did come assess the problems, no follow up if working or not. Very dissatisfied with Benchmark response or lack of to customer issues . We’ve stayed at Sand Cliffs many times previously and never had issues like this. Of course there was an onsite office able and authorized to address customer concerns. One last thing, snakes spotted on patio and black water bugs spotted inside unit by washer/ dryer. The dorm room refrigerator was not a good substitute for a full size refrigerator for a family of 6- resulting in many restaurant meals purchased due to food safety concerns.
