レーンズ・コーブのロフトは最上階にあり、前部と後部に別々のクイーンベッドルームとバスルームがあります。 露出した高い木製の天井、天窓、スライディングガラスドアの壁は、このユニットを明るく開放的に保ちながら、本当にリラックスした感触を与えます。 すべての壁は新鮮な海岸の色で塗装されており、ほとんどの家具は2013年に新しくなりました。 The Loftにはヨーロッパスタイルの空調用壁面ユニット、寝室には天井のファン、リビングには1つのファンがあります。

キッチンや食堂でタイルを敷いて、新しく飾られた美しいハードウッドフロア。 2つのコーブの景色を眺めながらお食事を楽しんだり、湾岸の釣りの日の後にボートが戻ってくるのを見ながら、プライベートバルコニーでカクテルを楽しみながらリラックスできます。

フルキッチンでは、カルパロン鍋、フライパン、キャセロール皿、パスタ/ロブスター鍋、調理器具が完備されています。 料理用の収納スペースが充実しており、食器洗い機、オーブン/クッキングトップ、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、トースター、ミニ・フード・プロセッサー、ブリタ・ウォーター・ピューターも含まれています。

海岸の家具、Pottery Barnリネン、Claire Murrayの敷物で上品に装飾されています。 薄型テレビ（壁掛け式）、DVDプレーヤー、高速インターネット、固定電話、ステレオも含まれています。

The Loft is a very comfortable apartment-perfect for a couple, spotlessly clean and ideally situated to explore this beautiful area. We always found parking outside the door. We liked sitting on the balcony which is private and quiet, although the neighbouring tree has grown and obscured the view of the cove, but a 5-min walk and you’re there.

Very nice loft and location. Quiet and a perfect place to watch the sunset. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved being able to take the train into Salem. We were disappointed that there wasn't a grill. The owner thought it had been removed from the listing. Other then that, it was great!

The Loft was a delightful place to stay. The locations was fantastic. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star is because of the basement. We both have mildew allergies so we couldn't use the laundry(washer & dryer) or beach chairs that were down there. Diane was super understanding and brought us some of her beach chairs to use.

Beautiful Lanesville Home

We enjoyed this property during a July visit. Listing is accurate. The back deck was my favorite feature and I loved having my coffee outside each morning. The location in the heart of Lanesville makes it feel like a resort where you can easily walk to the ocean and play on the stone pier at Lanes Cove. The nearby Cove Cafe serves good coffee and lunch and we became regulars during our trip. We will return!

Charming and perfect place to stay

We had a lovely time staying at the Loft. It had a great location, updated apartment and very clean. Diane did a great job making sure we had a great time and that the property was working out for our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Pleasant location

This was the first time I renting a property through vrbo so I was pleased with the experience. I hadn’t stayed in this part of Gloucester before but it was nice.

Our stay was lovely. Lots of things to do in the area. Any questions we had were immediately answered by our VRBO hostess. The locals were very friendly. Great atmosphere and town.

A little slice of peace

Renting was easy and accommodations were pleasant. Geographically in a great spot to hit up all of what the area has to offer. Good place to unwind after a day of discovery.

My brother Robbie and I (Diane) purchased 1072 Washington Street in May 2013, because we wanted to own a piece of beautiful Lanesville. I moved here not too long before from Sudbury, MA and knew that my brother would love this area too. I was really trying to get him to move up here from Long Island, and when that didn't work, I suggested we buy a piece of property together (just to give him yet another reason to come visit me). I live up the street in Lanesville with my husband, Paul, and my two girls. Paul and I take care of the property and make sure that our guests are well taken care of.

We can't say enough about Lanesville. We love it here and even though it seems like we are at the end of the world, there is no place we would rather be…especially in the summer.

There is so much to do around here that we are never bored, and neither are the kids - and that says a lot! The best thing about Lanesville is that you can spend the whole day within walking distance of your home and at the end of the day, feel like you were on an amazing adventure.

We especially love enjoying a bottle of wine while watching the sun set at Plum Cove Beach. Many nights we will walk down to the cove too, along with many of our neighbors, just to sit on the rocks, watch the waves and boats pass by and reflect on the awesomeness of the area. We feel so lucky to be a part of this town.

Buying this property was really just a whim of mine, but once I saw the inside and the views from both floors, I knew it would be an amazing property to own.

I called my brother right after the showing and told him I wanted to make an offer, like right now. He said ok. Mind you, he is my older brother, I'm just the little sister that always followed him around, but some reason he had faith in me and trusted my judgement.

There was already another offer on the table, but I wrote a little personal story along with the offer and that sealed the deal. We were proud owners of the little red fire house. I now had a place for my office in the back of the first floor and my dream of owning a rental property had come true. I have a future dream of opening up a small retail store in the front, but first things first.

Come stay with us every year and be a part of the dream.

The best thing about staying at The Loft at Lane's Cove is the feeling of community. Our neighbors are amazing and everyone is friendly and down to earth. The convenience to everything on Cape Ann makes this a wonderful location for your vacation. Be prepared to fall in love with Lanesville, and with The Loft!

As one of the signs say upon entering Lanesville… 'Caution - Beautiful Dreams Ahead'.
