- 37 ft full length deck with outdoor dining and sun loungers
- Main level is full of wide windows and sliders with stunning panoramic views of Ipswich Bay all the way to NH complete with spectacular sunsets
- A short walk to Lanes Cove where you can launch boats or the sandy beach at Plum Cove
- Private Outdoor Shower
- Comfortable King sized memory mattress

Drive right past Plum Cove Beach you'll pull into a quiet seaside neighborhood and find your oceanfront retreat. You'll find two parking spots and a convenient Tesla charger out front with 2 additional parking spots out back. Step inside and you'll be greeted by the newly remodeled and modern furnished living space. This open concept space includes a dining area, living room, and kitchen are all the perfect gathering spot surrounded by stunning unobstructed ocean views.

Open the glass doors and find a large deck with dining area for 8 and sunloungers for afternoons basking in the sun. This main level also includes a full bathroom and two bedrooms - one king and one queen. The queen sized bedroom has a desk perfect for getting some remote work done.

The additional 2 bedrooms can be access through a separate front door or back entrance around the corner from the deck. This is the perfect setup for 2 families to have their own spaces or a great setup for giving the older kids a space of their own! These 2 bedrooms are adjoined but each with their own entrance to the front or back yard. Each bedroom is furnished with a full bed and adjoined by a full bathroom with stand up shower.

*Please note there is no direct access to the water from the home but there are direct views and a beautiful little beach a 5 minute walk down the road called Plum Cove Beach.

- NO CATS allowed, owners must clean up after pet waste and dispose in the garbage.
- Dog fee is charged at $15/day
- Dog limit 20lbs
- Dog cannot be left unattended in the unit unless crated.
- No smoking ANYTHING inside and no candles please.

Lanesville

We love Cape Ann and do our best to stay there when we visit family and friends on the North Shore. This rental was perfectly located overlooking the ocean and close to Lanesville, Annisquam, Rockport, Gloucester and beyond. The view of the water is spectacular and the house is very warm and bright and accommodating...we had a wonderful two week stay!

Wonderful seaside overlook

Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious and stocked with essentials to make for a comfortable stay (linens, towels, soaps, shampoos). Very close to local points of interest, like the nearby Plum Cove beach. Air conditioning is a little finicky but the host is very responsive to requests for help. We had a very pleasant experience.

Perfect beach getaway!

Couldn’t be happier with this location! Amazing ocean views, very short walk to the beach, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It is situated between Rockport and the downtown Gloucester area, both of which have endless restaurant options. There is also a cafe and liquor store just a couple of minutes away. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. The host was very kind, communicative, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stunning view

Booked the home for a family gathering (6 adults, 2 children). We were struck immediately by the gorgeous views! It was the perfect spot for us to gather, eat dinner on the deck, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The host was very communicative and check-in was a breeze. The location was also very convenient, with a beach and boat launch spot (we put in paddleboards from the beach) just a short walk away! Would definitely return!

dream spot on the coast, very well situated home just off the waterfront with everything you need, room for 3 generations to enjoy, rockport/gloucester and beaches easy to get to by car, and plenty of parking at the house. Very clear recommendation!

Great house, location and view !

Spent 5 days at the house and it was lovely with a mesmerizing view of the open ocean. Extremely quiet location tucked away perfectly. Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds. (We did not use the lower floors' 2 bedrooms/bath so I can't speak to that.) Low allergen house with no rugs and leather furniture...a dream come true for anyone with allergies (like me ) and aesthetically lovely. We had 2 days of very wild winds and the house was warm and cozy, with the roiling ocean a main feature to enjoy ! We would happily stay there again.

Wonderful views from the house and the deck. We ended up eating most of our meals on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and, for a coffee lover, lots of options for making coffee. Bed in master was comfortable and there was more than enough space for a couple.Location was great too. could walk the dog safely within the neighborhood and Plum Cove Beach was only a short walk away. Wasn't previously familiar with this side of Gloucester. Though the speed limits are low, there was very little traffic when we ventured out until we reached 128. We didn't hit Rockport on this trip, but it is just a short drive away, as is Halibut Point. Grocery store is within 15 minutes and had good prices relative to back home.We had an issue with the AC and received a prompt response from the listing company - someone was on site within 30 minutes. AC continued to have some problems (cutting off) but we found a work around. This was the only minor inconvenience of the stay.
