Lack of kitchen facilities.

We stayed there for 9 days, we like to make our own meals, however there was only one small pot, one fry pan, no larger dishes for example to make a salad, no extra garbage or recycling bags, no condiments what so ever, there was some coffee, tea and salt and pepper, no plastic warp, two rolls of toilet paper.

Comfortable.

Older home but lots of room. Excellent location. Wished there had been air conditioning but had fans for each room which helped.

Basic and Clean

Property is clean but very basic. If you are looking for cozy and comfortable with attention to detail - this is not what you will find here. We weren’t inspired to hang out at this property. As tourists it worked ok in that way .. but parts of nearby neighbourhood are a little dicey. Monastery Bistro is nearby for breakfast and is lovely way to start your day.

Classic Vintage

This property exceeded my top priority—extremely clean, which was immediately noticeable and appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. It's only about a 6-minute drive to downtown St. John's, making it very convenient. While the exterior isn't overly impressive, the inside is cozy, well-maintained, and far more comfortable than it appears from the outside. Only downside: it would have been nice to have chairs on the deck to enjoy the outdoors.

All you could ask for.

Although this is an older house it is stocked and has everything you could ask for. It is comfortable and clean.

St.John's 3 night stay

Very nice. Small issue with not having the windows full closed at night and hearing the street noise from passing people. Another oddity with the parking positions, which wasnt an issue, but not something we were used to. Still, it all workedend.anissues .

Great location!

Overall very good. Roomy house and all amenities available. There were a couple of issues that came up during our stay which I alerted the owners about to address for future renters. Owners were very responsive to any and all questions that came up during our visit.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in St. John’s and this home was the centre of it all! Location is great, close proximity to every excursion we did and places we visited during the week. The owner was very communicative and quick to respond and help if we needed him. It was quite warm when we visited and he made sure to provide us with an extra fan to make our stay comfortable. The home has the basic necessities we needed to get settled in and was spacious for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and the living room was cozy to get together to relax after a long day. Highly recommend this Vrbo!

St.john's experience

We had a great stay in St.John's. The house was comfortable and greatly located in the downtown. It was easy to get around the town and leaving for a short trips outside. Highly recommend.

Great stay in St. John’s!

We stayed for 6 weeks at Victor’s property. We had a wonderful time, the house is well appointed and conveniently situated. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and anytime we needed anything the owners were quick to respond. We are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay at our home away from home!
