Beautiful villa "La Perdiu", 2 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path to the house. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 5 km. Sports harbour 6 km, marina 6 km, golf course (12 hole) 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm), Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
