You are just minutes from Via Francigena and steps away from Balena Bianca, a thermal oasis nestled in the woods at the foot of Monte Amiata. Upon request, you can receive fresh local ingredients to prepare dinner. Hot and cold drinks, snacks and breakfast ingredients are always provided, along with homemade jam, local olive oil and honey. You are invited to visit Podere Rovinati, the organic farm facing Fosso Bianco, where you can stroll through woods, vineyards and olive groves, enjoy a picnic under the oak trees, and discover the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and IGT Tuscany wine.
