Excellent Spot, Wonderful Stay!

We’ve stayed in different spots along the panhandle for years, but have found our favorite!This unit is a great size -lots of space!- and is very nicely furnished & decorated. Furniture is comfortable. Kids loved that they each had a queen size bed. We didn’t use the provided beach gear but looked like it was in good condition. Appliances are updated. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Included beach chairs are such a bonus…the attendant assigned us a spot for the week, so nice to not fight for space!We were hesitant to be on the second floor because other places we’ve stayed were busier and noisier, but this was great. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony and didn’t feel like it was too close to the pool deck or hot tub. And being just one flight up made for quick, easy access to the pool and beach! If our travels bring us back to this area, we’ll definitely return to this spot!

Great rental at PCB!

The property was just as advertised. Very clean, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was timely and very thorough. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental

Our week was great! Clean and spacious condo. Owners could be reached, and had to for a minor maintenance issue. Jeanette was a pleasure to work with she handled the issues we had fast. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo! Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time during our 4 day stay! The condo is updated and VERY nice. The location is perfect and quiet but close enough to the heart of Panama City Beach. We cannot wait to return!

PCB Watercrest Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Watercrest. This unit is so nice and is just as pretty as the pictures show. There is so much room in this unit. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely try to stay here again.

So relaxing!

I felt so at home as soon as we got there. The condo is so spacious and has the most amazing views! Easy access with elevators and stairs. The owner is amazing and it's the little touches that make a difference.

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo, from the views to easy access to beach, pool, tiki bar, walking distance to my favorite place Gypsea Crepes. Very clean, spacious, clutter free, comfortable beds, and my favorite part the balcony and lounging chairs, I loved them, very comfy and relaxing. We spent time in the balcony every night feeling the cool breeze with the best view of the moon. Enjoyed the beach service and the additional chairs and umbrella provided by the host. Ms. Jeannette was a super host! she responded quick to all of my questions. By far the best condo we’ve stayed in PCB. Definitely coming back! Thank you for having us.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great vacation staying in this wonderful 2nd floor condo. Everything was nice and updated the master bath was just awesome. Beautiful views and on the best and least busy part of Panama Beach. The owner was very easy to work with and couldn't have been better. Thank you for letting us stay in your great condo and sorry it me so long to write this review.

Comforts of home but, beach side!

We opened the door to this amazing beach condo and were immediately impressed!!! We knew at this point that we were at our home away from home!!! Beautiful, updated decor made it nice to even be in the unit not just the beach!!! The 2nd floor unit was convenient for walking to the pool or of course taking the elevator! We look forward to our next visit there!!!!!

The Perfect Spot! Very Clean Complex with a friendly hard working staff!

Our Family truly enjoyed our stay! This condo was breathtaking from the inside out! It was super easy to work with the owner and we would like to thank them for making us feel at home!! This unit was very, very clean and comfy and being on the 2nd floor was excellent - only minutes away from the beach!! The staff was friendly and maintained the grounds very well! Watercrest wonderful!

The condo was clean, huge, and spacious, as was the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf and great outdoor furniture for everyone. The Kitchen was gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and a large island. The main living space was huge! We had a wonderful time and Jeannette was great to work with. And the beach chaise set was included every day, such a great perk!! I recommend this condo to anyone and give it an A+. We will be back!

Great Place-Better Owners

This unit is the nicest unit my family has ever had the pleasure of staying in while at PCB. The view off of the balcony is simply amazing. Unfortunately our stay was cut short by a mechanical fire which forced the evacuation of the entire building. Ms. Lougee could not have been nicer in trying to help us find another place to stay and working out a refund for our canceled trip. My family will definitely be back to this unit. If you are looking for a great unit in PCB with an even better owner-this is it!!

Best Experience!

We just enjoyed a week at this incredible condo on Fall Break! Last year during Fall Break we stayed on the other end of Panama City across from Pier Park and this year decided to try on down for a quieter experience. It exceeded our expectations! The condo is extremely nice and we loved being on the second floor with small children. The complex is very clean and well taken care of. The owner Jeanette was INCREDIBLE! She answered all our questions and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I have rented through HomeAway several times throughout the years for different locations we have visited and have never had the wonderful experience from an owner that I have had with Jeanette!

Hard to beat!!!!!!

The condo unit was wonderful. The views where great, 38 ft. of balconie Wow. The complex was really well maintained, great staff. If you prefer to be higher this is not the place. But for us this was perfect. We could walk up and down the stairs with ease, not waiting for the elevator, unless we needed it. Jeanette was great, made everything easy. Know complaints.This was just my wife and I, but could handle 4 or more. Loved it.

Beach Getaway

Our overall experience was great. Jeannette was awesome to work with. Communication was fantastic and we knew that we were in great hands during our stay. Unfortunately, several things had issues at the very beginning of our stay, but they were addressed as soon as possible. The condo is very spacious and was very easy for our family of 4 to spread out and relax while enjoying the super easy convenience beach access and views. The only opportunities I noticed was that the jnit could be a little more clean (floors and showers) and it seems like the kitchen has had some kitchen utensils come up broken or missing. There wasn't some simple things like a pizza cutter and all of the steak knives were missing. Other than those things, Jeanette was extremely nice and did everything on her end to make sure our stay was relaxing and memorable. 5 stars for her, 3 stars for her cleaning company (ladies were nice, but maybe not thorough enough for us).

I would choose this condo again

The property owner was extremely easy to work with. I had to contact her only once, and she responded immediately and handled my need effectively. The condo is exactly as pictured online. Some things we really liked: it was on the second floor (whereas we’re accustomed to staying on a high floor), but we didn’t have to use the elevator except when unloading upon arrival. Other than that, we always used the stairs which was a time saver. The condo door is right at the top of the steps and easily accessible. The balcony is very spacious and we had a great view of the beach and ocean. The living areas are extremely spacious—-the largest we’ve ever experienced. The only reason we contacted the owner was to make her aware that the Ice maker wasn’t working, and we didn’t want her to think we damaged it. She was aware of it and had already called a repairman, but they hadn’t responded yet. Therefore, she offered to reimburse us if we had to purchase Ice. There were Ice trays in the freezer section, so we did use those with no problem. We also bought a bag of ice from downstairs (which is a large bag, by the way) and it was very inexpensive. It supplied us for the whole week, and still had some when we departed. I would highly recommend this owner and unit.

Wonderful family condo

I can't say enough about what a great time we had in this condo. Even Tropical Storm Alberto couldn't spoil our fun. The pictures do not do this place justice. My family loved the attention to detail in this well-appointed unit. Even though there were six adults in our family, we never felt crowded. The living area is very spacious and includes two sitting areas. The balcony is large and very private with enough furniture for everyone to enjoy the view at the same time. The second floor location is very convenient. The stairs are located directly across from the unit entrance. We rarely used the elevator, but when we did we never waited on it for very long. The building and grounds are constantly being cleaned and maintained. Security personnel are almost always present and visible. The tiki hut at the pool was great for a quick snack or drink. The condo is on the quieter end of Thomas Drive but close to several restaurants and a short drive to all the PCB attractions. The owner was great to work with and always quick to answer questions or provide information. We have rented VRBO properties for many years and this is by far the best experience we have had. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a beautiful, quiet, clean and safe place to stay. On a side note, I highly recommend using the new grocery pick up service at Walmart. You simply order your groceries online and schedule a pick up time. Your groceries are delivered to your vehicle and loaded free of charge. This was great as Alberto was already making his presence known at our pick up time. We got all our groceries without even getting wet. I ordered my groceries a week in advance. Orders can be changed or cancelled up until the day before pick up.

My husband John and I bought Watercrest 208 in January 2014 with the understanding that we would need to do a full renovation. We purchased Watercrest because wanted a condo in a small condo complex located in the quiet end of the beach on Thomas Drive. The renovation took almost 3 months, but the result was worth the wait. John and I had so much fun working together to plan and
complete the decorating project. We hope that our guests will be pleased the look and feel of the condo!
