This lovely townhouse has many advantages. It is one of the few terraced houses with its own private pool. Furthermore, it is adjacent to the 9-hole golf course of Vale do Milho, while the nice beach of Vale do Centeanes is very close, and the centre of the lively town of Carvoeiro just about 3 km away!
On the balcony adjacent to the living room, one can find a table with some chairs. Around the private pool there are 6 sun loungers.
When entering this house, you actually enter on the first floor, where one can find the living room, kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room, you can get to a balcony. The living room features comfortable furniture and has a dining area and a lounge area. WiFi, a television, a fire place and air conditioning (included in the price) is available here.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, microwave and toaster.
The holiday home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms on the lower, ground floor of the property, which provides a relatively cool night's sleep even in summer (air conditioning is also available - optional, at extra cost). There are stairs leading down from the living room to this floor. There is a kids fence at the stairs from the living room to the bedrooms downstairs, so the house is suitable for small children. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the fenced garden with a small, not too deep pool.
As mentioned before, this house is located adjacent to the 9-hole golf course of Vale do Milho. The nearest beach is Praia de Centeanes which is about 2 km away, however, the beaches of Carvalho and Benagil (from where you can do a boat trip to the famous caves - recommended!) are also very close. In the nearby, vibrant coastal town of Carvoeiro you will find numerous bars, great local restaurants, and several shops. The location of The Palm House is also very central in the Algarve, making it a great base from where to explore the whole beautiful region. The historic town of Silves for example, is only a 20 minutes drive away. We do recommend car rental!
There is a kids fence at the top of the stairs that lead down to the floor where the bedrooms are located. A cot and high chair can be provided, at an extra cost (please note that one needs to bring their own sheets/blanket for the cot).
