The activity room houses a billiards/table tennis table, a table football setup, a climbing wall, and a classic arcade machine with 3000 games, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The open-plan kitchen and living room design promotes social interaction, while the spacious living area, complete with a dining area, a sofa corner, a flat-screen TV, a PlayStation 5, and a wood-burning stove, provides a comfortable space for relaxation. The sleeping arrangements are spread across two quarters and a loft, making it suitable for multiple families. The house also boasts a large, partially covered terrace for sunbathing or barbecuing, and a play area with a tower, swings, a sandbox, and a football field for children. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
