From June to September, this could be your summer residence, where you can spend your holiday in privacy and a tasteful atmosphere. You will enjoy good connections to other towns, especially to Búger, where you can arrive in just 5 minutes by car and do your daily shopping. Green grass, palm trees, flowers and other Mediterranean plants characterise the well-kept outdoor area, which invites you to enjoy all kinds of leisure activities under the sun. You can tell that the owners take special care of the space here. A small pond, a hammock and a play area for children are small but nice eye-catchers that, like the wonderfully refreshing pool with its decorative dolphin mosaic, add to the individual charm of this property. The depth of the pool varies between 1.20 and 2.20 metres and can be reached via steps and a ladder. In front of the house, overlooking the pool, you will find a covered terrace where a lovely dining table and an outdoor sofa invite you to relax in the shade. With a delicious drink in your hand and a view of the garden, you can find your inner peace here and pleasantly let the stress of everyday life fade away. A practical outdoor kitchen makes outdoor living even easier. Maybe you want to be outside all day? That's fine - we even have another fridge here!







A rustic interior full of modern elements provides a cosy setting for your indoor activities. The natural stone elements continue here and are accompanied by pastel and bold colours and various decorative floor coverings. If you like cooking, you can cook to your heart's content in the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and filter coffee machine. How about preparing a typical Spanish dish and savouring it together on the terrace? If the weather doesn't play ball and you want to eat inside, you can do so perfectly at the large dining table in the kitchen or in the cosy living/dining room in the adjoining room, which is accessible via a round arch and also has a large, very comfortable sofa for perfect relaxation. Here you can spend an evening watching films on the flat-screen TV with satellite connection. Those who like to surf the Internet can do so at any time using the wireless DSL connection. The bedrooms are decorated in very different styles. Everyone will find the ideal place to relax according to their personal taste, be it for the adults in the grey and white room with walk-in wardrobe or in the pink and purple room, or for the children in the differently and colourfully decorated rooms. All these rest areas are air-conditioned and offer bed sizes of 1.50 x 1.90 m (2x) and 0.90 x 1.90 m (2x). On the ground floor are the two children's rooms, a double room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower; accordingly, the second bathroom (with shower) and a bedroom are located on the upper floor with a small terrace plus chill-out corner! - are located on the first floor. The two bathrooms offer space, comfort and natural light, a hairdryer is also available.



The friendly Villa Miralles is located on a 3,500 m² plot just 3 km from Búger in the northern part of the island. The versatile outdoor area offers countless opportunities for cosy hours outdoors. For shopping, simply drive to the small town where you will find small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The beaches of the north, especially the bay of Alcúdia, are all within easy reach of the villa.
