There are two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom on this level. On the upper floor there are two further sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with far-reaching views of the countryside. The holiday home is located approx. 3.5 km south-east of Artà. There are good shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés here. The east coast with its beautiful sandy beaches, such as Cala Ratjada and Font de Sa Cala, is approx. 10 km away. The Capdepera golf course is 4 km away.
