Great House

This house has amazing water view with a pool that will make you want to jump in and swim to side for your morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 week stay.

Great get away

Our family stayed during the week of thanksgiving. house is in great location near many restaurants, beaches, shopping, and other activities. it is in a quiet spot and you can't beat the view. Our kids caught some fish and it was very relaxing. Owners were attentive and accommodating. This was a terrific vacation spot for our family.

Beautiful!

This was a wonderful vacation home! The view of the bay was fantastic with all kinds of wildlife, even a couple of dolphin sightings! Everything was clean and comfortable. Great location; close enough to enjoy walks on the beach, but far enough away to avoid traffic hassles. We highly recommend!

A beautiful place to spend a vacation

A beautiful place to enjoy your vacation. The view over the water is unique. Here you can relax and even watch dolphins in the bay. The house in Florida colors is excellently equipped and offers every comfort. The location is excellent. Sarasota as well as the beaches are only a few minutes away by car. We enjoyed our vacation here very much.

A truly wonderful rental

Our second stay in this lovely home was as wonderful as our first trip last year.The location is beautiful, with a calm, quiet outlook over Little Sarasota Bay. You see boats over by Siesta key, but they are far enough away to never intrude on the peace of the location.The home is extremely comfortable and well equipped to a very high standard. It is immaculately clean and very well looked after.Thank you Debbie, you are a great host, and we hope to keep returning to your lovely home.

Beautiful Home with Amazing View

This well appointed home was clean and beautifully decorated to include all of the amenities one could ask for. The view was amazing and we were visited by dolphins almost every day. The owners we very polite and always available for any questions and any trouble shooting. We hated to have to leave!!!

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The view is spectacular and the accommodations are just as described. Great location.....not really conducive to our usual long walks but we quickly discovered how close we were to Siesta Key Beach and walked the beach daily. Location so close to 41 was near to everything you could possibly need or want. We hope to return again to enjoy this amazing Sarasota gem.

Stunning property overlooking water.

The property is immaculate and very well maintained and sits in a secluded corner plot overlooking water where you can watch boats pass, fish or spot the dolphin ! The location gives you easy access to various beach’s including Siesta Key and a number of visitor attractions yet feels very secluded and private. After some spectacular days out it was always lovely to come back and chill beside the pool watching the sky change colour as the sun dropped. Staying here felt like we had our own small piece of paradise in Sarasota. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

PARADISE!!!!!!

This was the perfect home away from home for us. Just a short drive to Siesta Key Beach, it is super convenient, yet it is far enough away on a dead end street to be quiet and private. The property itself was absolutely beautiful. It is roomy, clean and modern, and had all the amenities one could want. The pool overlooking the bay was absolutely breathtaking! While we were there, we saw dolphins and manatee swimming in the bay. The owners were the perfect hosts, promptly answering the few questions we did have. This was our 4th time staying in Siesta Keys and this property was the best and our favorite! We are already making plans to come back next year

Great view and comfortable stay

The property and home are beautiful and quite comfortable. We like to bike and take our bikes with us when we travel to Florida. This neighborhood is not conducive to biking. Some future travelers might like to know this. Otherwise no complaints about this property except perhaps for some newer/cleaner kitchen cooking items. The check-in instructions need to be updated.

Superb!!!

We would give this home 10 stars if we could. It is truly wonderful in every sense, with everything of top quality, well designed and laid out. The location overlooking the bay is calm and peaceful with a stunning panoramic view. The seating inside and out is stylish and very comfortable. The kitchen is lovely, very well equipped with top quality appliances and plenty of seating and storage. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and again great storage space. There is good food shopping within a 5 minute drive. Everything in the listing is totally accurate, in fact it undersells itself. A lovely home we were lucky enough to rent. We will be returning!

BEAUTIFUL 5 ***** Fantastic home, Great location, Close to really everything. The home is ideally set in a bay, with great amenities, everything* is catered for. The home is spacious, clean, just Amazing is all you can really say. Debbie was very helpful and trusting. We promised to look after the house, but once you walk in you only want to look after this little piece of paradise. We've stayed all over Florida for 20 years. 'The Best Home yet' 5 Star Accommodation ***** Thank you for helping us have a great Holiday in Sarasota. * UK Comment - TV in America is a real pain - so so many adverts - Watch a 80 Min' film is 3 hours Wanted a BluRay player to rent films from Redbox etc.. Would be great adition to the home.

A little slice of Heaven!

I feel so fortunate that we found this sweet little house perched on the edge of Little Sarasota Bay, looking across water to the east side of Siesta Key for a 3 week stay this January.... I came down to rehab a broken leg, and this was the perfect choice. One level living (one step down to the pool) and open house plan, easy to navigate and take care of. Hot tub and pool were a highlight, as was the dock that affords great sunset and pelican viewing. The location is south of Sarasota center about 10 minute drive, and only a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key. A Farmer's Market on Wednesdays is nearby for stocking up on fresh veggies, fish, fruit, and much more! Sarasota has so much to offer for visitors; restaurants are excellent, there are sailing and fishing options, kayaking, museums, cultural events, the list goes on....we were pleasantly surprised. Debbie and Don were very attentive to any needs and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this little slice of heaven!

Amazing Property

My family and I just returned from a week at this amazing property. On a 5 star rating I give this property a 10. You drive up to find a gorgeous home on a secluded gated waterfront lot. From the moment you walk through the door you are struck by the view of the peaceful bay. Once you get over the awe inspiring view, you begin to see how stunning this property is. Every room is beautiful and designed with impeccable attention to detail. The home’s design, workmanship and materials are all top of the line. The pictures do not accurately show just how beautiful this home is. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully appointed. It is located within walking distance to a marina where for a nominal fee we docked our jet skis for the week. It was less than 10 minutes to drive our jet skis over to the house where we picked up the kids and spent our days on the water having fun and dolphin watching. There are several marinas nearby that rent boats by the hour or day. Watching the sun set while relaxing in the Jacuzzi was a great way to end the day. The home is also close to Siesta Key where you can rent scooters to explore the island or enjoy the beach. Also nearby are major retail stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this property. I plan to book it again this summer.

A Dream Location on Little Sarasota Bay

Our journey to Sarasota was hellish - our flight had been cancelled at the last minute and we could not get a direct flight in to Tampa. Having endured a long and fractious journey from London, via Philadelphia and Miami, followed by a 250 mile drive, it would be correct to say that we were not in the best of moods. Imagine then our delight upon arriving at Don and Debbie's house in Little Sarasota Bay, and seeing the lovely gated drive at the end of a quiet residential road and when we opened the front door our mouths dropped open in awe. The house took our breath away, it is so spacious and clean with the most amazing views across the bay. All of the rooms in the house are decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The outside pool and spa area are fantastic and provide the ideal setting to relax and unwind during the day. We even saw a couple of wild dolphins swimming in the bay along with the jumping fish!! Don and Debbie were extremely helpful from start to finish and gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations in nearby Siesta Key village and St Armands Circle, all of which we tried and enjoyed. There is plenty to do during the day if you want to leave this idyllic setting, our son got his Scuba diving licence less than a mile away from the house! If you like shopping there is no shortage of malls (regular and outlet) as our daughter can testify to!! We would definitely recommend this house if you are planning on visiting Sarasota as you will not be disappointed. We were very sad to leave and hope to be able to visit the area and this house in particular again.

Relaxing, Calm Stay

The property was very nice. My property was destroyed by hurricane Ian so was happy to have a calm place to stay that was close to so many things I wanted to do. I am also a boater so having the marina down the street was a huge plus. Overall impression of this property was that it was perfect for my stay. Thank you.

Perfect Home Away From Home

My family had a great time at this home and hope to make it one of our return to spots. Everything was clean and lived up to the description. Debbie was very accommodating with any minor issues that needed to handled during our stay. It was our first time in Sarasota but it won’t be our last as the area is beautiful and has something to offer everyone and it only took us 15-20 minutes to drive to get there from this home.

Beautiful place and restful stay

The house was just as advertised and extremely convenient to everything. We enjoyed the pool, which stayed about 88, without ever having to touch the heater. The beach was about 5-8 minute drive away. We usually rent bikes at the beaches we go to, but this time we did not due to having to ride on a busy road to get to the beach. The view out the back was peaceful and a great place to relax early morning, all day, or in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and check in and out was very easy. Debbie was accessible if we had any issues and/or questions and responded in a timely fashion. I would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful stay on the bay!

Property was just as described. Clean. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and local beaches. Perfect for a family vacation. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from inside and outside of the home. Can’t wait to return!

Great getaway

Wanted a home with pool in this area and this home lived up to it! The layout, design and views are great. Can't beat the pool area overlooking the bay. Short drive to Siesta Key beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return!

The house with its pool and spa overlooked the bay and was very nice in every way. The kitchen utensils need to be upgraded. We left 4 days early as we wanted to get back home to hunker down because of the Coronavirus,.
