An outstanding experience! We could not have been happier or chosen a better rental company in 342 Vacation Rentals. From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the time we sadly had to leave, everything was well thought out. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided for, instructions were clear and concise, the place was spotless and it smelled really good! It was a fully stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and cookware and we had more fresh towels, linen and soaps than we knew what to do with. If we had questions they were met with an immediate response no matter the time of day. Maintenance was performed on schedule and we were given plenty of advance warning if someone needed to gain access to the property. All the wall switches were clearly marked as to their function, nothing was overly complicated in terms of electronics and a very concise book of items that required your attention (for instance trash takeout days) was readily available.Again, a delightful experience we will most definitely be taking advantage of again!
