Vacation home directly on the lake 50m to the beach with garden and fireplace

Arrive, take a deep breath, and unwind. This newly renovated vacation home is situated in a quiet, natural setting right on the shores of Großer Wariner See, diagonally across from the beach. It offers plenty of space and a green courtyard with a covered seating area and a grill where you can relax. With a fireplace room, a large living area, and a workspace, it’s ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and families. The location combines relaxation by the water with easy access to nature, local attractions, and the Baltic Sea. Ideal for relaxing days away from mass tourism.

What the accommodation offers:

• a spacious living room with a dining area, a large double sofa bed, and a TV
• a separate room with a wood-burning stove, a couch, and a recliner
• a large bedroom with a king-size double bed
• an additional bedroom (suitable for children or teens) with a double bed, TV, and work area (walk-through room)
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine
• an additional bathroom with a toilet and shower in the annex
• direct access to the quiet outdoor area surrounded by greenery

The floor plan is particularly well-suited for couples, families with children or teenagers, as well as guests who appreciate peace and quiet, space, and flexible usage options. Guests have access to the entire house as well as the adjoining outdoor area (landscaped courtyard) with a covered dining area. The house features a small living unit in the attic with its own entrance on the other side of the house. The attic is not available for rent. We occasionally stay there ourselves when we’re in Warin.

The property is located in a quiet, natural setting right on Lake Warin. Between the house and the water is a large meadow/pasture with many fruit trees. The lake is just a few steps away. There is no street noise here. Diagonally across from the house is the large and modern Warin beach resort, which offers free access, playgrounds, various sports equipment, beach volleyball and basketball courts, table tennis, a beach café, changing rooms, and restrooms.

Warin is a small, state-recognized resort and climatic health resort—ideal for people with allergies and guests who value peace and quiet. It’s accordingly quiet in the evenings and at night.
Various shopping options, a bakery, a pharmacy, and doctors are all within walking distance in town. You’ll find a wide selection of diverse restaurants and cafés nearby in Wismar and Schwerin.
