The ground floor, known as the Independent Cozy Unit, spans approximately 50 m² and includes a dining room, two inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a scenic balcony - all thoughtfully furnished with smart TVs, double beds, AC units, and all essentials needed for a homely stay. Meanwhile, the first-floor apartment stretches around 55 m² and features two bedrooms, a bathroom equipped with modern amenities, two balconies, a patio, and a kitchenette that mirrors the comprehensive facilities of its ground counterpart, ensuring a stay replete with comfort and convenience.
