The furnished „HITrental Central Station“ apartments are the ideal accommodation for leisure or business travellers coming to Zurich. There is a double bed and an additional sofa with pull-out function. In the kitchen you find all the necessary utensils to cook and of course a bathroom with shower belongs to this studio. All in all, this furnished business apartment offers all-round comfort in a sought-after neighborhood.



This furnished studio includes the following services: WiFi internet, satellite TV with international channels, use of laundry, monthly cleaning (stay longer than 45 nights), bed linen, towels and all additional costs. There is a laundry room in the basement which you can use for free.

The apartment building is located in a very central location within walking distance of Zurich main station (Zurich HB). The trendy quarter "Kreis 5" offers countless restaurants, stores and bars. Supermarkets are just a few steps away and the Zurich Limmat is also just a stone's throw from the apartment building. The nearest streetcar stop is a 2-minute walk away and most of the sights such as Zurich's Niederdorf or the lakeside promenade are also within walking distance. Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
