The CALIENE Floating House is a freestanding houseboat in a vacation resort in Höxter—right on the lake, with a view of the water and a sweeping panoramic view of the countryside. If you’re looking for peace and quiet but still appreciate plenty of opportunities for an active vacation, you’ll find the perfect retreat here: start your day on the covered terrace, cool off on the beach or from the dock, and in the evening, relax on the sun loungers while enjoying the view across the water.

With 44 m² of space, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys a romantic setting close to nature. There are a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, window, and hot water. Heating and air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay; privacy screens on all windows and fly screens further contribute to a relaxing atmosphere. As a smoke-free accommodation, the Floatinghouse is particularly well-suited for guests who value fresh indoor air—children are welcome.

The living area is cozily furnished with a sofa corner, dining area, and dining table, as well as a TV, radio, and Wi-Fi. The open kitchen faces the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, kitchen utensils, and dishes and silverware. Also provided are dish towels, a trash can, and a starter kit. Bed linens and towels are also included. For enjoyable time outdoors, an electric grill is available, along with patio furniture and sunshades on the terrace.
