The Floatinghouse Scarlett is a freestanding vacation home on the water in a vacation resort in Höxter—ideal for anyone looking for a true getaway right on the lake. With 44 m², three rooms, and two separate bedrooms, it accommodates up to 6 people, making it perfect for families, friends, or couples who enjoy a romantic getaway while still valuing comfort. As a smoke-free, “kid-friendly” property, it offers a relaxing getaway for all generations.

The living area is bright and inviting: a sofa, a cozy sofa nook, and a dining area provide space for spending time together, while a TV, radio, internet, and Wi-Fi ensure entertainment and connectivity. Practical details include a coat rack, privacy curtains on all windows, fly screens, as well as heating and air conditioning—ensuring comfort in any weather. For added safety, smoke and fire alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and an alarm system are provided.
