It sleeps up to 4 people, making it ideal for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys a romantic yet active getaway. The covered terrace, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and sunshades, will quickly become your favorite spot—whether for breakfast in the fresh air or for relaxing evenings overlooking the dock and the water.

Inside, the property stands out as a smoke-free accommodation featuring air conditioning, heating, fly screens, and privacy screens on all windows. Wi-Fi, TV, and radio ensure your comfort, while a coat rack, vacuum cleaner, and basic amenities make your stay hassle-free. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and dish towels.
