The Floatinghouse Aquamarin - LP4 is a freestanding houseboat in a vacation resort right on the lake—or rather, on the lake itself—with its own dock and sweeping views of the lake and surrounding countryside. This is where your vacation begins with a sense of freedom: step out onto the covered terrace in the morning, let your gaze wander across the water, and plan your day exactly as you wish—whether it’s an active day, a romantic getaway for two, or a relaxing time with the family. Children are warmly welcome, and thanks to privacy screens on all windows, you’ll enjoy privacy on board.

Spanning 44 m², the Floatinghouse features a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and a living room with a cozy sofa area. In total, there is sleeping space for up to 6 people—ideal for small groups, families, or couples who appreciate a little extra space. The living area is bright and inviting, with a dining table for shared meals and a TV and radio for relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi is available, as are air conditioning and heating, so you can feel comfortable no matter the season.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped for convenient cooking even while on vacation: a ceramic-glass stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Dish towels and a trash can are also provided. An electric grill is available for enjoyable outdoor moments—perfect for dinner on the patio, which features patio furniture, lounge chairs, and appropriate sun protection. Fly screens ensure undisturbed peace and quiet.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and a window.
