This luxurious vacation apartment, spanning approximately 71 m², places a strong emphasis on high-quality amenities. The modern 3-room apartment, facing southwest, is located on the first floor of Villa Siegfried and offers up to 3 guests a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea—the beach is just about 50 meters away. The apartment is divided into a living area, a combined dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with natural light and a shower. On the balcony, you can enjoy relaxing moments with a view of the Baltic Sea.

The living area of the vacation rental is furnished with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. The dining area is integrated into the living area and offers space for shared meals.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and an oven. The kitchen is also equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. From here, you also have a view of the Baltic Sea.

The bedroom of the vacation rental is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). The wardrobe offers ample storage space for your clothes. There is also a second flat-screen TV available here. Opaque curtains on the windows provide privacy and block out light.

The second bedroom is furnished with a single box-spring bed (120 x 200 cm).

The two balconies—one facing south and one facing west—are furnished with tasteful patio furniture and are perfect for relaxing evenings.

The naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower features a spacious sink and a hair dryer.

The apartment features high-quality designer flooring. Underfloor heating in all living areas ensures cozy warmth.

You can park your car in the underground garage (max. height: 1.70 m, max. width: 1.90 m, max. length: 5.00 m, max. weight: 2,000 kg). You can safely store your own or rented bicycles in the bike storage room.

The popular beach promenade is also within easy walking distance of Villa Siegfried. The building’s central location ensures short distances to shopping and restaurants.

The modern, well-equipped apartments are suitable for 2–4 people. All apartments feature a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can safely store your bicycles in the common room, located in the basement.

A special feature of this villa is that any two apartments can be combined to form one large unit. Pets are not allowed. Each is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
