Pros: the house itself was clean, kitchen is well-stocked and updated, lots of space, shuttle to Northstar that comes to front door is very convenient.
Cons: while the two en-suite bedrooms in upper levels are nice the entire bottom floor (where other 3 bedrooms are) is pretty bleak - very dark, sparsely lit/furnished/decorated, musty smell. The old day bed and bunk beds are not anything anyone would choose to sleep on. (Two of our teens slept upstairs on sofas instead.) The few spare blankets in the house smelled musty. Outside of the kitchen, everything is the bare minimum - as few towels, pillows, blankets, etc as you can get away with, cheapest TP you can buy, ancient washer/dryer, everything dated and worn and a little sad.
It served it’s purpose but definitely feels like a rental, nothing more. A little sprucing up would go a long way in this house.
