The condo has a definite WOW factor with the gorgeous sea view and the nice deck. We felt very safe. The pools are beautiful. The master bedroom is lovely. We didn't have children with us but the bunk bed room would have been fun for them. We had a spa treatment which was conveniently located down the hall from the unit. Tip: pool towels and laundry soap are not included so bring your own. Downside: unit is older and worn. Blinds & curtains were old and seemed dirty, slider door was difficult to open and turning on showers was a little tricky. A suggestion would be for the host to have a "welcome book" with tips on using the many TV remotes, the showers, and unlocking the freezer. But, the view was worth these inconveniences. Host responded in a timely fashion to our concerns. The resort made sure all guests were out of the pool by 10 pm.Our biggest concern (not the host fault) was that every morning, at 6 am, a woman on the beach (immediately in front of the resort), started yelling "Tamales! Burritos!" in a high pitched, loud voice. We had all the doors/windows shut and we could hear it clearly. She would repeat this every 5 minutes, for hours. It was so frustrating to not be able to sleep in due to her constant sales pitch yelling and to continue hearing it all morning long. I'm surprised the resort allows this but we assumed, because she was not on private property, they can't stop this from occurring.
