This is our second year staying at The Beach Resort and we will certainly be back. The condo is very well maintained and we really enjoyed ourselves. Would mention that the mattress in the master is quite firm.

Nice location, clean and as described

Great location just a short walk to the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. The pool area was great too. The balcony was nice to sit and you can even see the ocean a little from it. The beach chair rentals were great too and an added daily bonus with the unit. We will return. Great place to stay and close to everything you need!

This was our 10th year staying at Beach Resort, and probably one of our favorite rooms yet! Right at the top of the stairs, easy access, clean, comfortable, all of it. Great week!!

Great Condo and perfect location

Our stay was great- the condo had everything we needed and was located a few steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The pool was a huge hit with the kiddos!!

Great location

This condo was perfect for a stay at the beach. Super nice pool area with grills and shaded places to lounge. Short walk to the beach with a beach setup waiting for you already. Easy parking. Plenty of room for two people and I think would be great for a family of 4! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the property 2 years ago also. We liked the smaller size of the complex, tropical feel to the pool, the short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Spacious and cozy

We visit the Miramar and Destin area multiple times a year. Love the beach setup that came with this rental! So convenient and one of the reasons we chose this property. The condo has everything we needed, plus more! Very comfortable for our family of three! Highly recommend, walk to the beach was five minutes, If that.

Exceptional location and great service from the Rental Agency

The condo was great. The pool was wonderful. Our view of the pool area and beach was fantastic. The location to all the attractions was within 1-5 minutes. The rental agency was so kind and helpful. It was so nice to be able to come in from shopping or the beach and just relax as if you were at home. We were able to keep up with the washing so we didn't have to face that when we got home. We had a wonderful time and look forward to making that a vacation destination again.

This place feels like a big hug. Comfortable, inviting and beautiful!

We had flight cancelations and fortunately this unit was available for us to book. We stayed in another unit inside this complex and it was no where in comparison to the experience we had with Laura. I was traveling with my brother and 73 yo Mom and staying here was the calm to our journey. She thinks of all the details to make travel flow and we are so grateful for her attention to detail, beautiful space and hospitality. We will definitely stay here again if she has availability when back in Destin. Our trip would not have been as amazing with the wonderful memories we created as a family without experiencing staying here. Our gratitude is beyond words for you creating such a beautiful, comfortable and safe space.

Love Miramar

great location, however we really struggled w ALL the tv's. We never got the bedrooms tv's to work as it was loaded on "Jared's you tube account".... Completely locked up.. In the living room, we got a few channels only..... But we were there for the beach anyway which was awesome..... thank you

Great place!

My husband and I traveled with our 2 teens, 13 and 16. The place worked our great! The bunk bed room was spacious and had plenty of room for the kids clothes etc. The master bedroom was a good size as was the kitchen and living/dining space. The furniture was comfy and my husband and kids commented that their beds were very comfortable. The pool is terrific! Walk to the beach isn’t bad. I would suggest a wagon if you are taking any heavier items. Condo is close (short drive) to hundreds of restaurants shopping etc. Many people rent golf carts to get around. We didn’t because the walk was close to the beach. We had every amenity we could need while there. Great trip!

My husband and I had an amazing vacation in this condo. It was clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you could need. But I must say if you need a large fry pan, bring one. The pool is spectacular. Large and with lots of lounge chairs. The best part of the stay was the short walk to the beach, and having a chairs and umbrella set up for you! Thank you to the owner for paying for this seasonal extra! It’s nice to not have to drag all that extra stuff. Also, Renee and Laura, the property managers are fabulous. I had one minor issue with a tv, and they responded back quickly and helped me figure out the problem. Stay here if you’re going to Destin!

Great stay!

This condo was in a different part of Destin than where we have stayed before but we loved it and will likely stay either at this condo or in this area again! We enjoyed the easy access to restaurants, stores and shops, the walking/biking path, quick walk to the beach and the pool. The condo itself was great! Clean and comfortable, plenty of room for me and my husband. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we were able to do laundry in the unit with no problem. The unit is near the staircase but we didn’t hear anyone coming and going. The only “negative” is that there is a light outside the master bedroom window that illuminated the room so some blackout curtains might be needed if you’re a light sleeper. Everything else was wonderful and we had a relaxing stay!

Very pleased

Condo was very clean and accommodating of our needs. My only “complaints” are with the resort itself, not this specific condo. While the pool area is very nice with multiple pool levels, bathrooms and beautiful landscaping, the fountain in the kiddie pool area runs 24/7 so you cannot hear the ocean waves at night. It would be nice if they could turn the fountain off after a certain time. The beach access gate across the street and down about a block or so is a little further than we’re used to walking when we stay at the beach, but it wasn’t too bad. Neither of these things would deter me from staying at Beach Resort again. It is a gem.

Perfect DESTINation!

This was a perfect spot for our family. We have visited the Beach Resort, but never stayed. The pools/hot tub, beach access, and grounds were wonderful. The heated pool and hot tub were nice for cool days. Because of the size of the grounds, we were always able to find chairs, even on crowded days. The single pool key can be frustrating when traveling with a family, but we knew about it ahead of time and made work. The condo was clean and well-kept! Beds were comfortable. Condo has a very well-stocked kitchen. Some simple addeded perks...a large open pantry for storage, drying rack for laundry, and plenty of closet space. Second floor location near stairs makes for quick easy access. Nice furniture on the balcony (limited beach view, but expected on second floor). Owners were quick to reply and easy to work with. We would most definitely rent here again!!
