bonjour Appartement très bien situé dans le centre ville calme et lumineux.Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec une météo de rêve... Petit b- Nous avons du faire un grand ménage en arrivant car derrière les meubles et dans les placards pas très propres et peut être penser a changer le BZ du bas on a pas réussi a bien le mettre en position canapé ... mais bon en dehors de ces petits tracas très bon séjour Merci.

Bonjour et merci pour ces remontées d'information. J'y étais juste derrière vous et j'ai réparer qq bricoles et le bz qui a retrouvé sa forme initiale. C'est juste les ficelles des boutons de matelas reliant l'armature qui lâchent. C'est recousu et réparé

never seen such a dirty cooker... avoid this plac

cooker and fridge filthy , only one set of keys supplied made access difficult for all people staying in appartment.Very disappointing.

Je n'ai jamais eu de soucis dans mon studio au contraire, les vacanciers en sont souvent ravis. Les locataires précédents n'ont pas dû laisser le studio très propre et j'en suis navré. Mon studio est généralement très apprécié car pratique en centre village. Maintenant au sujet de ces clients , ce sont aussi les seuls qui se sont permis de partir en laissant les clés sur la table, laissant la porte du studio ouverte au lieu de les remettre à la dame qui les avaient accueillis !!! Grand moment de panique car il était impossible de pouvoir rentrer dans le bâtiment. Clientèle Anglaise décidément très spéciale, c'est la 2eme fois que ça arrive avec eux. Curieuse façon de faire à mon goût en tout cas.

agréable studio tranquille et bien situé

studio bien agencé bien situé et calme ; je ferais deux remarques Me Rosset ne s'est pas ou se situe le local à skis ! et je ne sais qui fait l'état des lieux mais franchement il y a à redire sur la propreté ! j'ai trouvé casserole sale , ainsi que l'appareil à raclette ,et il ne faut pas trop regarder dans les coins . pas grave nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour .

Bonjour et merci infiniment pour l'appréciation. J'ai toujours fait très attention aux remarques que me font ou me laissent les locataires sur le livre d'or , au téléphone ou ici. Je vais recontacter tout de suite la dame qui a les clés pour faire le point sur le local à ski. Pour la vaisselle, il arrive malheureusement que des locataires soient très léger sur la propreté et entre 2 locataires en pleine saison, il est très difficile de tout voir pour elle car elle a pas mal de studio à gérer de mémoire. Je prends note en tout cas. Merci infiniment pour votre appréciation.

Good sized studio apartment in centre of town

Ideally located within the main square of Saint Gervais. Short 10 min walk to the main cable car (Saint Gervais Bettex) lift up the mountain, or 2 min walk to the free bus. Saint Gervais is located approximately 1 hour drive from Geneva airport, we usually hire a car for convenience, and there is plenty of free parking in a covered car park approximately 100m from the apartment. The surrounding area and mountain is ideal for all skiing / snowboarding abilities, and provides an expansive and very beautiful location to explore, the ski area covered by the Saint Gervais lift pass includes Saint Gervais, Megeve, Saint Nicolas, or by buying an Evasion Mon Blanc pass you also have access to Les Contamines (ideal if there isn't much snow), and Chamonix (for 1 day) Great value apartment, ideal for small groups or families (2 x double beds, and 1 x single pull-out bed), without feeling cramped. Apartment has all the facilities you could need during your stay, whether you plan to eat in, or out at one of the many restaurants in the village. Good regular communication from Laurent (owner), very helpful if you have any questions about the apartment or surrounding area. Highly recommended apartment, and will definitely look to stay again in future.

When I discovered this piece of heaven, I decided to buy a pied-à-terre in order to often come back. I have no family ties in this region except that my heart is still tied to this place!
Mountain keeps you hooked!

Since my purchase in 2005, every year I try to improve the comfort and the decoration and I can confirm that the guests who come back since 2006 find it clearly nicer and more pleasant than it was when I bought it.
I bought it because I’m in love with this region and because when I finish paying my loan, I will get extra incomes for my retirement.
