We love Folly Beach and this condo was convenient and worked well for 4 couples to share. Our host was very helpful.

The only issue we had is the WiFi was a very weak signal. It would totally drop at times . We would have to reset it a few times a day.

The property is just as shown, nice and spacious and centrally located with easy walking access to all of the shops and restaurants. Nice big balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. The downfalls: there was no large skillets to cook with. I bought stuff to make bacon, eggs and pancakes and then realized of all things no skillet. We did find a griddle so we made do with that. Also when we first arrived all of the bathrooms smelled funky- kinda like a dirty wet dog. As we stayed the smell disappeared. I can only think that maybe whoever cleaned the bathrooms used a dirty sponge? Also the beds were not comfy, squeaked, had loud, waterproof mattress pads that crinkle when you move and make the sheets pop off, the sheets were cheap and scratchy and the pillows weren’t great. So overall it’s a great property and I’d stay there again but the owners should upgrade their mattresses, linens and pillows.

The view was amazing and with 3 little kids, the easy access to the beach was a game changer. Being in the heart of all the Folly Beach action also added to our trip. Everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend this spot

I would have rated this condo excellent but there were a couple of things that could use changing. First, the bed in the second bedroom was very hard. My kids had to use extra blankets to sleep on just to be able to sleep on it. Seconding, the sheets in most of the bedrooms were all pilled and were very uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept in the first bedroom and we had to sleep on the top sheet because it was so uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice condo and we would stay there again.

Wonderful short stay

This is just what we needed to enjoy time at Folly Beach and with family. Location was great, loved the beach and the balcony that extended along both front master bedrooms and the center area, the furniture was nice outside on the balcony. Kitchen was well furnished with better than average pans for cooking. I would certainly come back here again.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. It is a perfect location. There is direct beach access, and there are many great restaurants within walking distance. The huge balcony overlooking the beach is a wonderful place to spend time. The property was in great condition and had everything we needed for the week stay, including plenty of space for the 7 of us. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Christmas Mini-Vacation

The property was perfect for our Christmas mini-vacation. Good size bedrooms and it was so nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. Everything was neat and clean and the deck provided great ocean views with ample seating. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful property!

This is the perfect place for a group of friends or a big family to stay! Easy to check in, if we needed anything, they were right there, the property was so clean upon arrival, and the views were amazing! Center St was walking distance from our room so we didn’t have to move our car after we parked it. 10/10 recommend staying here & if we come back, we will again!

Family Vacay

We loved “Peaches and Cream” and hope to stay there again. There were a couple of problems with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, but the maintenance crew fixed them right away. The unit is great for families.

Wonderful visit at Folly Beach

Clean, well decorated condo right on the beach. All four bedrooms had a connecting bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the view of the water was spectacular. It was easy to get down to the beach and enjoy the sand and waves. One wish is that we could have had more fobs to access the beach. Only two fobs were given and it was a little tricky to make sure all in our group could come and go easily. Great trip!

Thanksgiving Delight

The condo unit was in excellent condition. The view was spectacular and the location was great because restaurants and shops were in walking distance. We have stayed in several condo rentals and by far, this was the best equipped kitchen we have experienced. It had an abundance of dishes, glassware and cookware!
