Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you still enjoyed the unit and your overall stay. We’re very sorry for the frustration regarding the stove hood light. Our team did inspect this during your stay and found that it was a fixture issue rather than just a bulb, which unfortunately could not be repaired immediately. Our standard practice is to leave a door hanger after entering (with permission) to let guests know we’ve been there—if that was missed or not seen, we truly apologize and will be reviewing this with our team to ensure better communication. Regarding supplies, we do provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap). This is outlined in our Terms & Conditions as well as in the pre-arrival email sent five days prior to arrival, which details exactly what is included so guests can prepare. We do understand that with advance bookings and a lot of travel information, these details can sometimes be overlooked, and we’ll continue working to make this as clear and helpful as possible. We truly appreciate your feedback—it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother experience next time.

It's disheartening when a guest encounters an issue and we only find out about it in a review. Please know we, as well as the cleaning contractor, has staff on property every day to assist our guests when they have a maintenance or cleaning concern. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us on your next visit if you experience any issues so we can address them immediately. Just a note on the laundry detergent...as per the information we email prior to check in, only a starter pack of supplies are furnished...a starter pack as it relates to laundry detergent is enough for one load.

Those little pesky ants...we agree they are annoying...even though all our units have regular pest service they still find their way in...life in the tropics! Thank you for taking the time to review and for your honest feedback, Ray. We will take your request to add a Keurig to the kitchen to the homeowner and the TP concern to the cleaning company. The gate opener, I'm afraid is a no-can-do. For the safety, security and enjoyment of owners and guests, Mariners Club security personnel closely monitors access to the resort. A constant challenge for them is to hold guests to the maximum occupancy allowed by their rules and supported by state fire code regulations. Giving guests access to open the security gate at-will would quickly result in the community being overrun and ultimately diminish your enjoyment of the facilities. We hope you will visit us again!

Thank you for your insightful review, Lindsay...and thank you for reminding future guests that our vacation rentals are self-catered and unlike hotels rooms which offer daily maid service, guests in self-catered vacation rentals provide for themselves beyond the starter pack of products supplied.
