マスターベッドルームには、豪華なジェットバス、独立したシャワー、花崗岩の天板を備え���エレガントなバスルーム付きのキングベッドがあります。 ベッドルーム＃2には、ヴィラの外部からの専用の入り口があり、キングベッドが備わっています。  ベッドルーム＃3にはクイーンベッドがあり、4番目のベッドルームにはツインベッド2台があります。 すべてのベッドルームにはテレビがあります。  メインラウンジのトランドルベッドで利用可能なエキストラスリーピング。

A most beautiful resort property with finely appointed units and grounds .The Pools , views and amenities were all really great ! 2nd time staying here and we'll be back !

Grat Spot to Gather

Condo is impressive, clean, large, and well equipped. View is amazing. Property has great amenities, felt very secure there. All resort staff were friendly and helpful. Really wanted for nothing.

Everything was fine, but there’s room for improvement. The space was great, but the amenities were lacking. I realize VRBO is self-catering, but in all the VRBO’s that I’ve stayed at, this was the stingiest, i.e. 1 roll of paper towel for a party of 8 for 5 nights. They posted beautiful pics but missed a few. There were no blinds on the spectacular sliders so for the people sleeping on the pullout, it’s very bright, very early, and the slider on the right lock doesn’t lock. In one of the bathrooms, it either ran very hot or cold when you took a shower, and on the tub there is 1/2 glass slider and 1/2 shower curtain, it looks pretty tacky.And the stereo surround system didn’t work either. I’ll likely get a reply on my review that tells me that I should have reported the maintenance issues like the broken lock and surround sound so they could be addressed right away, and I will say that I should not have to as those types of things should be checked prior to a guest checking in. The inconsistent shower temp is a phone call, I’ll give you that.The grounds and game room are very nice! The pools are beautiful, but were very cold. We were told they were heated, but it didn’t feel like it as one could feel the cold water coming into the pool.Overall, the space was great and it sufficed, but for the price I paid, I expected a bit more.

Great condo with beautiful views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. This condo is well appointed with everything you need. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the marina and the ocean. We can't wait to come back next year.

We had a great time at this location. We had two families staying together and plenty of room.

This property is well equip for a week of fun. Great water views on the balcony. Only downfall is no true beaches in walking distance.

We had a fabulous family reunion at the Mariners Club and I would highly recommend it. My only suggestion for improvement is that they get some umbrellas in the pool area for shade. They were great to work with and very receptive to our needs.

Summer family vacation

Amazing view great location some little things that work with the broom was broken the toaster didn’t work e master bedroom is all very warm but that if you made up for a lot of that the swimming pool is amazing we had a good five days

We had 4 adults and 5 children, and every one of us had a great time.

We had 4 adults and 5 children, and every one of us had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the ability to dock our rented boat at the property. The property was above and beyond my expectations. Everyone that I worked with from the original booking until checkout was friendly and very helpful. The rental experience was flawless and I was very satisfied with the whole process.

Girls' Get-away

This property was perfect for a girls' get-away to celebrate a miletstone birthday. The location was easy to get to, the property was exactly as described, we felt like we were at home during our time in Key Largo. We had some dreary weather while in the Keys, but this property never felt cramped with seven adults staying there (and spending lots of time together). I'd high recommend it!

Simply beautiful

Condo is lovely! Very spacious and perfect for our family of six. Gorgeous view off the balcony. If you plan on cooking meals I would bring a sharp knife but otherwise kitchen has a solid base for meals. Really had a wonderful time and so happy we chose this condo! Couldn’t have been better.

Property is great. Management company is the worst.

If you can put up with the terrible property management company, the place is nice. It is large enough for an extended family. For us, it was not worth having to deal with the crazy rules, regulations, ineptitude and unwillingness of the management company to assist us.

We are happy to know you enjoyed the villa...your comments on the management company are perplexing though. As there are no comments in your reservation or emails indicating a problem with Barefeet Vacation Rentals, you must be referring to the management company that is responsible for the gated community's security as well as noise and parking issues. We've received may excellent reviews on how friendly their staff is so I invite you to reach out to us directly with more specific information that will allow us to investigate your comments.

Located within resort that is very nice. Two great pools, one very large with beachlike walk-in, the other a good sized pool with spa. Marina on the property is well maintained. Resort seems secure. Entry into the resort is restricted by security guards who also frequently make rounds of the property. At times we had to wait at the gate to enter the resort until the guard returned. No fishing is allowed on the property. Condo was spacious and well appointed. Overlooks small marina with nice view of the ocean.

One of the toilets did not flush properly. For future guests leave more trash bags in the kitchen. Thank you Managers RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to review 131 Mariners Club. I wish we had received a maintenance call during your stay and would have looked into the toilet issue. We do provide helpful information in the Terms and Conditions where we explain that just a starter supply is provided of items such as trash bags. Professional and helpful

Ocean view, spacious, but very DIRTY!!!

Renter Beware!! Even though, the condo was as described it was extremely dirty. Microwave had splattered food. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed and floors weren't swept. We attempted to vacuum the floor, but the vacuum was broken. Sliding glass doors had hand prints on them. Crumbs were on the main table from the guests before us. The sink had food and hair in it. The worst of all was the sheets on the bed. We found stains, hair, blood, and urine on the sheets. Barefoot rentals office was closed and all we could do was leave a message with the on call service. No one called us back!! Therefore, we needed to wash the bedding ourselves. We were up until 1:30 in the morning washing the bedding and cleaning the condo the best we could. The first day of our vacation was ruined. The next morning at 9 we called Barefoot Rentals again. They offered to send over a cleaning crew which we accepted because we did not have the supplies to clean the bathrooms properly. Cleaning crew did not show up until 1pm. Later that day I requested a refund for the first of our vacation since we spent the day cleaning the condo. The request was refused, but they were going to talk to cleaning company and see if they cleaning fee could be returned to us. I thought this was a fair solution. The next day we were told that the cleaning fee would not be returned, but the owner would give us a 10% discount for our next stay. NO THANK YOU!!! The Mariner's Club itself was well kept. Pool was beautiful. Would stay in another condo on the property not managed by Barefoot Rentals.

Cleaning is our number one priority however we understand there are things that can be overlooked from time to time but to the extent you describe has never happened. Our records indicate your call came into the emergency after hours service at 9:30 PM on a Sunday night when there are simply no cleaning services available, 1 PM the following day was the first available. We shared with them the photos you sent of a single hair on a bed, the hair in the sink in the laundry room drain and the stain on the edge of a pillow sham so they would specifically address those concerns. While the strand of hair had been removed from the bed, they cleaned the sink drain and removed the stained pillow sham however they did not find the other issues you described and with no further documentation provided they just did a general cleaning which they reported satisfied you. We do hope you return again and allow us to provide you a better guest experience.
