Top notch and close to everything

This was a top notch furnished and lovely condo close to everything, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be booking again.

Clean & Spacious-very well decorated !

Condo very clean & spacious. Loved the deck directly overlooking turtle pond-we enjoyed our coffee each morning feeding the fish & turtles. Convenient location.

Great location

I was here only 2 days but it was fabulous Owners gave me great places to eat I come to the island a lot this couple has 4 different units on the island and they are decorated to the tens I always try to stay in one of them because they are beautiful location is the best and the owners are so helpful

Fabulous lovation

I stayed here with my wife for 2 months the place was incredibly decorated. the location was superb. We felt right at home. This had everything you need for a long term rental We were close to everything and just s very short two mile bike ride or car ride to the beach. We were close to many restaurants less than a mile from the condo and the marina was right up the street. We hated to leave we will definitely rent here again

Birthday beach trip

The property was exactly as described. The owner answered the phone when I called to verify the address. The check-out list was short and easy to follow. One of the easiest I have seen. Thanks for a great trip. I picked this location due to easy access on and off the island. We like to go to Jekyll to the beach.

EXCELLENT TRIP

This place was the best. all the amenities of home. Me and my fishing buddy had a great time. The outdoor shower has an enclosed wood door so we showered and cleaned up out side- great shower head with hot water right from the beach. we rented a boat from the Marina, Right near the condo. we ate at Coastal Kitchen fantastic sea food and the coastal views are awesome. and we went to dinner at Ocean Lodge what a cool place like a Spanish Fort. The condo was equipped with everything for our stay it was just like being at home. I Cant say enough about this location and place we will definitely rent here again. Thanks to the owners great job!!!!

Terrible

Safety hazards (outlets hanging out of the wall with exposed wiring), constant traffic noise, drunken, loud, rude neighbors, ants, old and uncomfortable furniture, poor TV and wi fi reception...all in all a total disaster for us. I will never use VRBO again.

Beautifully decorated townhome

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful townhome. We loved how it was decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the pond outback where you could feed fish and turtles, and grill on the back patio. We would totally stay there again! Also the outside shower was great for when you are coming back from the beach. Only thing that we didn't care for is although you have a great pond to look it, you also have a direct view to a busy road. It didn't really bother us though, and there was no noise from it inside. Also the upstairs bedroom with the skylight was very hot during the day. But since we were not hanging out during the day, it was no big deal. We love St Simons and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed. Shopping and restaurants were in close proximity. We recommend Gnat's Landing and the fried shrimp at Iguana's. Overall, fantastic place with a great price. We really enjoyed it, and thank you.

Very pleased!

His was our first time in the Golden Isles and we had a wonderful time. It was wonderful to come home to the well-appointed condo where we could prepare and share a meal, hang out on the couch together or head upstairs to sleep in our comfy beds. The worst thing on a vacation or trip of any kind is a bad bed so you're never well-rested. That didn't happen here. I was so impressed with the bed and how well I slept that I was happy to go to bed each night after whatever our adventure was. The condo's location made it easy to get anywhere from Demere. We spent time in town, at Coast Guard beach, visited Epworth by the Sea, Brunswick for a sailing day, and over to Jekyll for a sunset walk along St Andrew's beach. You're not far from shopping on the island or in town. Our neighbors were friendly and a delight as was the wildlife to be viewed from the porch each morning with your coffee. The pool was a great place to cool off or sunbathe if you need a break from the beach and sand. If you're looking for a place to call home for a bit of time, this is it. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries as well to make our stay perfect.

Just like home

Mother daughter weekend. The location is perfect and the condo is well decorated and clean. Great outdoor seating and quiet neighbors. Couldn't ask for more. We didn't want to leave.

Round and round we go.

Enjoyed the area. Beach, kayaking the back water, restaurants were outstanding. Our condo was very clean and the beds were very niceTV and Wify worked perfectly. The only negative was the location and the traffic pattern to get almost anywhere. Very confusing but after the third day we had it.

Very enjoyable stay!

This condo was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and my dog. It was handy having laundry to do a quick load and dry the swim suits. The only negative was that some electrical outlets were loose and there was a missing outlet cover. The neighborhood and pool were also very nice. We enjoyed our visit on St Simon's Island.

Comfortable very nice decor condo

This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The bedrooms were a good size and perfect for 4 adults and dogs. The back deck overlooking a turtle pond was very cool. There were a few posts that were missing on the back deck that a small child or dogs can easily fall through. But once the owners fix that it’s a great place to stay with your family and dogs

Beautiful

The condo/cottage was very clean. Located conveniently to all beaches even those on Jekyll Island. Just a hop skip and a jump and you're there. Very dog friendly area. We seen turtles, crabs, alligator and variety of birds from the back deck! There is traffic close by, but inside the condo it is almost not heard. The area felt safe.

July five-night stay

I was very happy with the property overall, and with the timely replies I received from the property owners regarding a few questions I had. There were a few minor drawbacks to the property: (1) the rear faces the Causeway so there was (relatively speaking) a lot of traffic in the morning and throughout the day (not at night), (2) the skylight in the back bedroom should have a shade on it that can be opened and closed as needed (it was quite bright in the morning), (3) there should be at least six of each type of dining utensil as the property sleeps six (there were only three teaspoons, three soup spoons, and four knives), and (4) although the thermostat can be adjusted to warm up or cool down the townhouse, it would have been to nice to have extra blankets for those who needed one as not everyone always agrees on the appropriate temperature. However, even with these minor issues, I would gladly rent this property again.

Nicely decorated, comfy beds! Kids loved the turtle lagoon!

Really nice condo, clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels and enough cook ware to cook. My 3 kids loved the turtle lagoon and feeding the turtles. Nice location to everything. :)

We loved the property so much. Perfect vacation for us. My son and I played dominos every morning on the deck while looking at the turtles. Lol my son is you g and named them . Would definitely be back!
