Large Comfortable Open 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Condo - Gated South End

You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. This condo is a comfortable and welcoming 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex and is just 2 miles from the beach and Pier area. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept very clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a new queen full memory foam mattress. The living room has a sleeper sofa. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry in house. Lots of natural light!

Wedding weekend

The check in process was seamless and the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were perfect and location was super convenient. Would def stay here again.

Anniversary Trip

Our 46th anniversary trip was perfect! Didn't speak with the property manager because there was no need too! Great area, quiet, well kept property, navigated the island with a golf cart. Will definately be back! R&W

Best place to stay while visiting St. Simons Island

I want to express our sincerest gratitude for the use of your beautiful condo over the weekend in St. Simons Island. Our stay was absolutely delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. First and foremost, your condo's location being situated in the heart of the area we wanted to explore made our adventures so convenient and enjoyable. It was incredibly easy to access everything we had on our itinerary, and we were able to immerse ourselves fully in the charm of St. Simons Island thanks to your centrally located accommodation. Moreover, I must commend you on the impeccable cleanliness and orderliness of your place. From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt welcomed and at ease in the pristine environment you've created. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend your condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in St. Simons Island. From the ideal location to the immaculate condition of the property, there's no doubt that future guests will be just as delighted as we were. Feb stay @ St Simons

We really enjoyed our stay @ Island Square. The location was perfect with many things within walking distance. We had the privilege to meet the owner Cindy, a very friendly and kind individual. Can't wait to go back !
