Quiet, gated complex with pool and fitness center. This two bedroom condo is very bright and peaceful. Two bedrooms and an additional sunroom with a pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen for eating in or many restaurant options within walking distance. The beach is only a bike ride away or stay closer to your home away and enjoy the community pool.

The property was clean. There were plenty of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies. Property manager answered questions in a timely manner. It was a quiet environment.

Immaculate, nicely appointed, well located condo, with very responsive host

Our stay was trouble free. The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and in a great location on St Simons Island. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was nicely appointed. The host was very responsive and made our stay go smoothly. We would definitely recommend this property.

Great getaway on SSI

We enjoyed our second stay in this quiet property. It provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We’d definitely stay here again due to the great location and peaceful atmosphere.

Great host, property and location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2weeks while I closed on my house. The property is clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything on Saint Simons. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, lovely condo

This is a lovely property. It was very clean but there is some wear and tear - carpets, kitchen tile and a closet door was banged up. But certainly nothing that impacted on our stay at all! We loved it and would def stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This property is very comfortable and clean. The location is close to everything. We had a very relaxing week here. Loved it, would definitely book again!

Respite

A warm environment. Exactly what my Sister and I needed, we do an annual Sister's Getaway every year and this year, we decided that all we wanted to do was rest. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I especially welcomed that we did not have to fight a lot of traffic.

Wonderful Hosts

Condo was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Love how close it is to everything! I mentioned that we were coming to take maternity pictures and the host left us a beautiful gift basket and a card. We would definitely come stay here again!

Our happy place

We love St. Simon and this condo made us feel right at home. It has a cozy feel to it. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Unfortunately due to the storm we had to cut our trip short. Stacie was so kind to refund our money for the days we weren’t there. We hope to return to her unit

Place needs maintenance to do walk through and update problems, loose door knobs, missing dresser knobs, loose refrigerator door, cushions not even screwed on chairs, carpets look like original, need replacing, way to noisy for sleeping, would not recommend to stay

Great place, close to everything

This place was great for my family. Our teenage daughter slept on the pullout sofa and had her own space since there was a curtain for her to have privacy. Being able to cook in the unit was a bonus. Restaurants are close if you want to eat out. Grocery stores are close. Two of our three kids had a birthday during our stay. One of them was on the day we travelled. Stacie had Rice Krispy Treats from a local bakery with a candle for both so we could celebrate when we got there. It was a great surprise so we didn't have to run out and find a cake. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo. Would stay again. Very quiet. Two concerns. Water control in master shower is loose. When you use it you can tell itisloose in the wall. The iron is not safe. It was spitting hot water all over

Wonderful time on Saint Simons Island

We loved our stay on Saint Simons Island. The condo has a very nice layout and is situated in a shaded, convenient and very quiet location. It’s close (within walking distance) to several restaurants, a grocery store and several fast food places including Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks. It had lots of storage space and the unit was nicely done. The kitchen had all the basic necessities although we don’t cook much while on vacation. The bathrooms were slightly larger than normal and set up nicely. The master bath has the toilet and shower separated by a door from the vanity/sink area which was a plus for us. All of the appliances (that we used) worked properly and were in excellent condition. Televisions located in each bedroom and the living area worked great and were adequately sized. The pool area was nice but lacked much shade if you wanted to escape the heat. The property manager was excellent to work with. She addressed any questions we had and was quick to respond. The only improvement in this unit would be to replace the carpet in the bedrooms with new or with another type of flooring. Overall, we were extremely pleased with this property and would definitely consider staying there again.

As described, great location

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean and well equipped with extras like paper towels, dish washer pods, and extra toilet paper. We were very happy with the location. It was warm enough to enjoy the pool. They are some things that need upgrading to make this a five star condo--all bedding and pots and pans specifically but overall we were very happy and would recommend.
