Buen alojamiento

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario. Las zonas comunes muy bien distribuidas y limpias. Un supermercado cerca para hacer la compra. La piscina compartida increíble y muy bien cuidada. Recomendable.

Thanks to covid 19 we could not travel

We stayed here in 2018 and fell in love with the property. We booked the following year but couldn't travel so Mavi kindly let us carry the booking over. Now 2021 and we still can't travel. Next year?

CASA HERMOSA

My wife and I had great stay at the apartment in Oliva between the town and beach 1 km each way Close to supermarket .Very well equipped apartment lovely comfortable king size bed mostly very quite but some noise walking about from upstairs apartment.Stayed on extra days enjoyed it so much. Beach is fantastic town is typically spanish which we loved You need a car for getting about .The old town is lovey mostly residential very old nice. A trip to Valencia is easy on the train takes an a bout hour well worth the trip thank you for our stay.

Good basic accommodation, spoiled by very noisy neighbours in flat above

The compact one bedroom apartment was well located and had the basics (though we had to call the owner to find the “hidden” drawer within a drawer to get to the cooking utensils). I think the owners housekeeper let her down as she did not speak english and seemed in a hurry to go so did not give a very comprehensive tour of the apartment. When we called the owner she was very helpful and was surprised that the housekeeper had not given a thorough guided tour, so I do not think it was the owner’s fault. An engineer came to fix the outside light (which a previous guest had reported broken) and after his visit we seemed to have issues with the electricity as the whole place tripped if we had the hob and oven on at the same time as the lights and TV. As long as we stuck to 2 items at a time all was well. The garden was lovely and relaxing, and it was an ideal location walking distance to beach and town. There are great eateries down near the beach and supermarkets within 5 minute walk, as is the main town. If we had been staying in the upper floor this would have been a much more pleasant location, as the French couple above us seemed to thoroughly clean the entire flat (scraping furniture across the floor and walking around with shoes on (tiled floor) directly above us) for 2hrs+ From about 6.45/7am EVERY DAY!!! This pretty well defeated the whole purpose of our trip (my husband had been working 60+ hour weeks for several months so he needed a week of long sleeps to “recharge the batteries and relax” but with other neighbours in the block up until after midnight and the “early bird cleaning company” above us, we were tired every day. One thing it did for us was to confirm that we could not retire to an apartment so that was a useful in learning experience.

Che bel posto!

Siamo stati proprio bene. L'appartamento si trova in un bellissimo contesto: giardino curato, piscina pulita, zona silenziosa.Disponibile anche la proprietaria che ci ha prestato l'ombrellone per la spiaggia. Vicino al mare che raggiungevo spesso a piedi, vicino anche al centro. Il paese è spartano, ma tranquillo e familiare. Ci tornerei ancora, e ancora, e ancora. Grazie per le belle vacanze.

APART: is good and it has all necessitates. OUTDOOR: grill placed in the corner of garden and not convenient to use; pool is very nice but its open and lots of small things from trees and air are landing on surface - it requires more thoroughly cleaning during the day; loud music sounds every morning from school nearby, but you can take it as alarm clock)) SURROUNDINGS: the market shop is 3 minute away on car. near by all you may need on vacations - tennis courts, bars, kika park resort, etc old town of Oliva is cool, worth seeing and not overcrowded with tourists the main plus is sandy beaches of Oliva - they worth coming there OVERALL: recommended

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, ein wunderbarer Pool. Keine Geschäfte in der Nähe. In direkter Nachbarschaft eine lärmige Baustelle, auf der ab 8 Uhr morgens der Betonmischer angeschmissen wurde. Das Haus sollte aber inzwischen fertig sein.

Un séjour égal aux précédents, tant au niveau du voisinage que de l'environnement. A noter un point faible au niveau du réfrigérateur,qui en plus de sa faible capacité, était cette année inutilisable dans la partie des bouteilles. Néanmoins ce fut encore un très bon séjour

"tout était vraiment conforme à la description du studio. il ne manquait rien, il y a meme une machine a laver et un sèche linge ainsi qu'un grand barbecue commun. "Nous avons séjourné pour la seconde fois dans cet appartement (n°7). Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants, prévenants, et à l'écoute des demandes des locataires. Tout y était parfaitement propre et l'équipement tout à fait fonctionnel. La machine à laver et le sèche-linge communs sont très appréciés. Un petit bémol : nous avons trouvé certains occupants de la maison plus bruyants que ceux de l'année précédente mais ça c'est le hazard... Le quartier n'a pas changé et reste donc très agréable, de même que le jardin, la piscine et le barbecue."
